I'm not familiar with that exact keyboard but any acoustic piano sound will do. But maybe a guitar sound might work too. Feel free to try some things out and see what you like. I typically like an acoustic piano sound.

How do you know when to play the chord inversions ?
You don’t have to it’s your preference. I change inversions based on easier playing sometimes
