I think the vast majority of people who mock others for being intelligent and well researched are really, really insecure. I think most of them needed extra help in school, or just a different type of learning environment than traditional public school, and their teachers made them feel like they were stupid. So instead of trying to figure out another way or asking for help they started telling themselves they're not the stupid ones, it's everyone else just being lame. Then become people like Jake Paul who actually thought a diss track on educators, arguably one of the most difficult jobs (here in the states at least) with little pay and even less thanks, was him really doing something 🙄🙄
One of the parts that really got me was when Sneako said "no black guy does this" You can't say a black person doesn't do this and does do this. Just wow.
Im Jamaican, so Ive been following covid news in Jamaica alot. Jamaica was doing really well at keeping thier virus numbers down. Around about last May or June, a bunch of UK tourists decided to visit Jamaica and now thier cases have skyrocketed. So yes, Wallace's argument about Charlie D'Melia going to the Bahamas is totally valid.
As another Jamaican, I agree. The tourists (for the most part) are the ones making our cases rise exponentially and it's so sad that we need them bc our economy heavily depends on it
That poc comment was weird. I'm black. Everyone I know follows the state guidelines. Just because he wants live carefree and not give a crap about anybody doesnt mean all poc live like that.

Believe it or not he was a hardcore Bernie supporter in 2016 and canvassed for Bernie in 2016. In a video in 2020, he said that in an ideal world he is a socialist. But he seems to have become very disillusioned with the political process and has adopted a more hyperindividualist attitude. If you watch his older videos, he used to think much more deeply about stuff and used to be more like d'angelo. Watch his "How people view you" (the video from 5 years ago, not the video from 10 months ago) and his "A conversation with my 16 year old self" video to see the way he's evolved. He seems to be rebelling against his younger self who was preoccupied with thinking ultra deeply about everything and is now adopting a much more carefree I don't give a fuck attitude" in which he doesn't think too deeply about stuff and just has fun. In this latest video, d'angelo is more like how sneako used to be and likely reminds him of his younger self, and so him rebelling against d'angelo is a way of him rebelling against his younger self. Not trying to excuse what Sneako's saying, just trying to give the context for Sneako's massive change in mindset over the years.

I’ll never understand what’s wrong with being a good student, wouldn’t you want to have multiple career opportunities? To be able to obtain good money in the future because you worked hard for it? To know if you have problems like transport, physical health, mental health, etc that you can support yourself? I’d rather work hard and be smart than goof off and make less than average

Exactly! Sneako was literally just saying that D'Angelo "acts gay" with his statements, which is just so much nope. I kept repeating "stop talking" out loud when he went on his homophobic tangent.
Sneako just shows how little he knows or cares because he says "well maybe your grandparents shouldn't hang out with tik-tokkers or go on a plane". Jeez, you don't have to be around the super spreader event to be affected by it. Any interaction that goes along a chain can affect someone that has been staying inside, apart from getting food or necessities etc. It's wildly ignorant
it can easily be explained by using six degrees of separation or the 'kevin bacon theory' as a metaphor for how the virus spreads. you don't have to have come in contact with someone WITH corona, just with someone who has been in contact with someone with corona. now you are just as susceptible to passing it on as the previous person and so on. for example, a friend of a friend of a friend of yours had corona. your friend didn't have contact with with the person who has corona, but their friend did, and they had contact with their friend who they then had contact with you. it's really not a hard concept to grasp and i don't understand how people like him just flunked out of basic logic so hard.

We KNOW the communities most impacted by the pandemic are people who are low income (and a ton of them minorities) so for a man making fun of someone’s look, he has no business sh**ing on another minority. I think that Sneako’s comment about the La County Guidelines thing was a (misguided and unsuccessful) attempt to link covid protocol adherence with support of the police (and therefore, as it seems he is trying to claim, an institution that enables and supports police brutality). The issue with linking adherence to covid policy and active support of the police and claiming that D’Angelo is indirectly or inadvertently supporting police brutality through that is that Covid-19 is not disproportionately targeted towards people of color. It affects everyone (arguably to lesser degrees given the way POC are systematically disadvantaged in the American health care system but that’s an issue with systematized racisms and not a racist virus). In short, as a mixed race woman, I understand what sneako was attempting to do and I think it manipulative and dishonest.
@@KuncanDastner I honestly see a lot of similarities between you too. Like you are both individuals but you clearly care about people and comment without drama.
I am also not a black person and I do not speak for people in LA as I live in Texas, but as a person of color who lives in a county where it’s almost all Black, brown, and Asian people, where it is the rarity to be white, almost everyone tries their best to abide to guidelines. I can probably count on my two hands the amount of times I’ve gone outside in the past year and couple months. Same goes for my family who lives in Houston, a more densely populated area like LA. For the most part, everyone, regardless of color, tries their best to stick to the guidelines. Also D’Angelo is a fellow Texan who does not live in LA, so I don’t know what point he thought he was making there
how is someone who vocalizes distain with entitlement, privelage and endangering the lives of millions of people trying to propel his own moral high ground? it's just common sense. I don't agree with D'Angelo on a couple of his takes, but in ‘influencer 19' all he did was condemn the dangerous actions of people of influence through out this pandemic.
Sneako is indefensible. But that doesn’t mean D’Angelo’s take on Covid precautions is factually correct, either. If you really look into the SCIENCE of it all, the media & government have been incredibly misleading. Clinical evidence demonstrates time & time again that the masks are largely ineffective (even Fauci said so in his emails). That’s why many people are mad about the mandates. I’m not, and I don’t mind wearing a mask...but I’m self aware enough to know that for me it’s more about virtue signaling that I care abt people than anything based in science or rationality. It’s just unfortunate so many people believe things abt the pandemic that are patently false. If you don’t believe me, Google “meta analysis efficacy of masks in preventing Covid transmission” or I’ll link a video below (if links don’t work, it’s the Dark Horse Podcast clip channel “Follow the science, except when it comes to masks.” Two PhD biologists/professors/researchers who provide a balanced, honest perspective on all the Covid stuff from a scientific perspective. Science not paid for by the pharmaceutical industry. A lot of what we’re told in the media isn’t at all scientific, they just say it is, bc it lines the pockets of certain industries and they’re all on the payroll. And people like Jeff Bezos & other billionaires got crazy money from the lockdowns while many small businesses & restaurants were closed permanently. The money trail on this tells a lot, and how the media can be used by the people who own it to frame stories to their benefit. It’s not “conspiracy theory,” it’s greed and common sense.
th-cam.com/video/4Gi901pprZ0/w-d-xo.html That clip. That whole channel is an invaluable resource if you’re into science or just want to know the truth. Turns out there’s been a very low cost, highly effective medication available this whole time with decades of proven efficacy and minimal side effects. But there were BILLIONS to be made off vaccines, so that’s what we got.
One last thing. Those scientists are lifelong progressive liberals (as I’ve been myself, although I don’t label myself these days). The media framed everyone who disagrees with the Covid mandates as crazy Trump sycophants, but it simply isn’t true. They do that so people opposed to conservative ideology never look into what those people are saying for themselves. It’s a clever divide & conquer strategy. I mean, there are fully vaccinated people today who still wear a mask bc they’re afraid someone will mistake them for a Republican, lol forever. The media plays on our ego based fears & insecurities. And our self-concept/identity and desire for social in group acceptance. Truth doesn’t adhere to ideology, it just is.
I would say his video is literally just a 22 minute ad hominem attack but some of these “attacks” are just too flimsy even for the definition of ad hominem.
Hearing him talk about how us POC or third world people shouldn't care about guidelines frustrated me so much. I'm a teenager in India, and whilst this may not apply to me since he was most probably talking about guidelines over in America, it just rubbed me the wrong way. I had to take care of my family after both my mother and sister caught the virus not to mention how absolutely horrible I felt thinking about possibly losing one of, if not, both of them (my mother is at risk due to age and my sister has a bad immune system). His "arguments" were extremely childish and as much as his fans like to defend him by claiming it's all "jokes" and it's just his humor, it really doesn't excuse the insensitive and offensive comments he makes throughout the video. And like you mentioned, him making jokes out of D'Angelo talking about his grandparents was just.....sick. I lost my grandfather to covid, he wasn't in contact with pretty much anyone before he got infected and to say that they simply should "avoid being on planes/near tiktok-ers"....we've been a pandemic for about a year now, you would think people would be more educated by now. (Apologies if my english or grammar wasn't good)
I saw a comment on Sneako's video saying he was like Elenore from The Good Place thinking everyone around her is only doing good to say they're better than her. I can't sum it up better than that comment.
It's weird how pissed Sneako got anyway bc in his original video he seemed proud of sleeping around, basically telling his ex that if she's out of town, cheating is inevitable. So, why was he pissed that D'Angelo jokingly called him a hoe? It's just silly.
A millionaire telling you to "get your money up" is exactly why these people do not need to be famous or rich. Any person who has a heart wouldn't feel better than that poor mother who is struggling.

He lost the argument the moment he wanted to argue that Covid partying isn't bad, regardless of his shitty rebuttals.

I can probably count on my two hands the amount of times I’ve gone outside in the past year and couple months. Same goes for my family who lives in Houston, a more densely populated area like LA. @@KuncanDastner that wasn’t even a response video, just a sad, sad man throwing a temper tantrum for ad revenue.
It’s not “conspiracy theory,” it’s greed and common sense.
th-cam.com/video/4Gi901pprZ0/w-d-xo.html
That clip.

Sneako trying to insult Tyler Oakley by saying that he'll probably get fat by 28 while Tyler Oakley is 32 and is absolutely shredded
(Apologies if my english or grammar wasn't good)
I find your voice soothing. Not D’Angelo levels, but not bad either
I'll take it!
I saw a comment on Sneako's video saying he was like Elenore from The Good Place thinking everyone around her is only doing good to say they're better than her. I can't sum it up better than that comment.
Omg that's so accurate
Sneako at the start: I don’t wanna fight him
Sneako during the video: *Box me on the streets bro*
It's weird how pissed Sneako got anyway bc in his original video he seemed proud of sleeping around, basically telling his ex that if she's out of town, cheating is inevitable. So, why was he pissed that D'Angelo jokingly called him a hoe? It's just silly.
All his fans are 12 years old and the old fans are after him now, I love that lol.
A millionaire telling you to "get your money up" is exactly why these people do not need to be famous or rich. Any person who has a heart wouldn't feel better than that poor mother who is struggling.
i’m so happy i’m finally getting smaller creators on my recommend also great job dude you give off big dangelowallace vibes also also this video feels very cozy
oh wow thank you so much!! I seriously appreciate that compliment :)
Dude really took D'Angelo's heartfelt ending where he was clearly emotional about his grandparents and how partying just prevents the pandemic from ending and lives being lost and said " But... I wanna party tho??" ... how... heartless can one person be?? A p a r t y means more than human life?? He's got serious issues. He lost the argument the moment he wanted to argue that Covid partying isn't bad, regardless of his shitty rebuttals.
He tries so hard to seem so confident when hes clearly so sensitive about a single comment
My grandma has to go for scans and bloodwork once a month, where shes at risk to catch covid. Sneako doesn't seem to understand that people cant just stay home.
It really makes me feel sick to my stomach op advocacy of violence paired up with their homophobia...like even if this is a "character" this is not the cocktail we need to be sipping on
Not gonna lie, when sneako mocks, he looks like that spongebob meme.
s-tier video dude. d'angelo is one of my favourite creators on this platform, and im glad u called out sneako's vile words. you've earned a subscriber x
thank you so much for saying so!! I really appreciate that support :)
18:55 I fucking hate that he said this.
I'm 14, and I got covid around december 2020. I was badly sick for weeks, and I have literally NO EXISTING RESPIRATORY HEALTH PROBLEMS. I'm not sick anymore, but I had bad lung damage from it. I cant take a 10 minute walk without wheezing (for reference I used to have very good endurance when it came to walking/running) and it's literally awful. Hell, if I go up and down the stairs once I have difficulty breathing. TLDR I hate this statement so much
Also great video :)
I completely agree. I think Sneako has really fallen off, especially after his “Cuties” and “Break Up” videos, where he just really comes out like a real douche. I just found your channel and it’s amazing keep it up!
Thank you so much for saying so! I appreciate hearing your thoughts on the topic
Your title game is immaculate. I only came across the sneako video a few days ago and was aghast with how it unfolded. It was a car crash, nothing like I've ever seen before. Glad to know someone felt compelled enough to make a video about this :)
Thank you so much for saying so!! It's so cool to see people connecting with my little videos where I just rant
“if you’re under 30 and you get covid you’re fine” i’m 14 YES 14 and i have a 7% more chance to DIE yes that may not seem like a lot but i also already have a damaged and weak immune system due to my disease so no i’m actually not fine
My friend is 17 and she got covid about two months ago. She had a hell of a time, her entire rib cage ached, she couldn't stop coughing and couldn't sleep for three days. And she didn't have any disease before, she was completely healthy. She is recovered but now has some kind of respiratory problem (is not that bad, but considering she was completely healthy before covid, it sucks).
He's the embodiment of "if i speak louder, i win". This man's parents either didn't tell him to shut up enough or told him to shut up too much.
I'm a born and raised American, but all of my extended family lives in India and hearing this dude say "worrying about Covid is a first world thing" will never not boil my blood, knowing what my own aunts, uncles, and cousins are going through over there.
love how the homophobia came out unprompted and went on for several minutes
Not a fan of how Sneako kept using dehumanizing terms for D’angelo... It’s abhorrent
Thank you TH-cam, for recommending me this channel. Bad TH-cam, for not recommending it to everyone.
As long as people like you are enjoying my stuff, I'll be happy! That's what this is all about :)
you popped off on this video dude. the editing, the points, the commentary, all of it was so fantastic to watch.
Thank you so much for saying so, that compliment goes a long way and I appreciate it!
It was sick hearing him describe what a "good gay person" and "bad gay person" was like just say your homophobic and move on. It was like he described the "good gay people" as people who gave striaght people easy access to "bitches"?
How did he ever think that was appropriate to say
Sneako: “D’angelo is saying he’s a non-celebrity but he is! He doesn’t get it”
Also Sneako: “I relate to the idea of being so famous that people film me doing bad stuff”
His homophobic rant gave me
"me a straight person will allow you to be gay but only on my terms" fucking disgusting behavior, I really thought he was better than that
As a 17 year old, vaccinated but immunocompromised person who just got c0vid, I can tell you for a fact, being under 30 doesn't make you "fine" by any measure. I'm coughing up blood. Yesterday, I was too physically weak in my hands to do my hobbies like drawing and knitting. My tempurature reached 38c at its highest yesterday. I spent 3 hours sobbing, genuinely believing I was going to die and/or kill my older parents. This guy's absolute dissmissal of other people's existence to the point where he's willing to give out misinformation absolutely disgusts me beyond belief.
So sorry to hear that. How are you doing?
Sneako literally is the high School bully who never grew up.
the fact that sneako is saying dangelo is trying to be on a moral high ground or smth just makes me kinda annoyed bc, like, yeah obviously. he's a commentary youtuber, that's kind of what they do. their morals are what guide the content they make and what conclusions they guide us to. I am sleep deprived and it is 3 am so I have no idea if this makes any sense of if I sound like an idiot lmao but thanks for listening to my hot take
your videos are so underrated it’s painful-
Thank you for saying so! As long as you're enjoying them, I'm happy!
Ngl, the angle that D'Angelo is somehow the worst and super annoying by virtue of being a well dressed and straight laced young person that wants the world to do the bare minimum to be a kinder place is absolutely hilarious. Real "I'm 12, my parents just got divorced and I'm taking it out on you because I don't know how to face my feelings" energy.
honestly sad he said “just sitting there observing, mad as hell” without a shred of self reflection.
Lol I went through the same editing appreciation-> unsubbing cycle with sneako a few months ago
Solid vid dawg you deserve more subs
Thank you so much!! As long as people like you are enjoying my stuff, that's what it's all about!
