Actually if you rank 1 and maybe your highest point is 10000++(still not confirmed), you can even get advanced weapon chest(Hell) which includes hell weapon and legendary weapon only. Currently I'm on rank 1 and the game showed that I will get that chest if I can maintain my current position.

I have way more points and chip goes from singles the chance of getting extra chips is low so you need to get real lucky at 5x or 10x chips singles give you higher chance of extra chips over all the rewards break down to exactly the same single or multi it just multiply's by the amount of chips clarify its the same overall
You got fragment only if I'm not mistaken. The character themselves you need to have them. Edit: Ok. Sorry didn't know you can unlock character if you have enough fragments lol.
@@SeoJoon-wn6rq if you get 50 legendary character fragments, you can unlock the character. It's the same for the 4 star characters, but instead of 50 fragments you need 30.
