Good morning Todd. It’s a chilly one here in San Antonio this morning. 43°. My first video of the day. I would wind up holding onto that. Would come in really handy on those cold or windy days. We have ahead of us or even the very hottest days at the peak of summer. Just a matter of getting used to it again. I hope you’re doing well today, friend! 🎄⛪️🌲
Yes Dennis, I think you are right. Walking on 100 degree days is certainly not nearly as pleasant as the mid 60's highs we've been having. I hope your rehab is going well my friend. When you think about, we are both going through the same process, just at different stages. I firmly believe with the inner strength you used playing hockey and doing martial arts, along with the fine folks who are helping you along your path to recovery, you'll be walking the beaches again soon. You stay in my prayers sir, and I am only one of an army of people pulling for you. May you have a blessed day mister.
Hey, Todd. I used to walk on a treadmill in the fitness room at the apartment building where I lived in Baltimore. (If you can follow that sentence, you're not drunk) But I found it was much more tiring than walking down the street, and hurt my legs. Probably I just enjoyed using my natural pace and way of walking. So I used to go out and walk down Charles Street to the Inner Harbor and stroll around among the tourists and overpriced shops, people-watching. Sometimes there was music, or a street magician. Much more fun than a treadmill. Unless we were in the middle of one of those ice storms Charm City is famous for. Then the treadmill was a much better option.

Getting healthy!😊
I'm sooo loving that your dumbbells fit on it! I'm going to do that too! Oh wow! How do you celebrate your quit smoking anniversary!
We had a treadmill at the firestation. It actually got alot of use, walking out of boredom.🤣 I'll celebrate my 75th year of non smoking on 9-21-50!🤣
What’s the time stamp?
Hey, Calvin, so next year is your 50th Nosmokeaversary! Congratulations and wooohoooo in advance.
