@@TechnicalSuneja I did. Still I didn't understand the part where 9 offers is highlighted in the title. While highlighting the package is understandable, this glorification of multiple offers beyond a reasonable number doesn't make any sense either way. We can easily get the number we've have in mind with 2-3 offers without complicating things for so many people involved. Anyway, thanks for responding - All the best for your future

@@jethalalgada4838 dude don't worry I'm doing the same thing just make sure to do MCA after your BCA and be really good at DSA and have a good CGPA then I can guarantee that you'll get 10-13lpa and by experience it'll increase.
@@prathamjaiswal6025 MCA honestly doesn't matter. I've done BCA too from a tier 3/tier 4 college. Got a 10LPA job (first job and I have 0 internship experience) by not applying for placements and instead looking for companies independently. All the while my batchmates who sat for placements are being placed at 3-4LPA and MCA's highest placement was at 7LPA. Just make sure you have the right skillset and mentality and you will get hired without having to slave yourself away.

Service based companies specially even if you get hired 100% or max time will have to give one more interview round till then you will be on bench.
Product Based Companies are excellent towards it.
As per my experience I met people 10 years of experience with 15L package
and nowadays 5+ getting 28L also its fact cant denied Yes skills also important. always keep your mindset as learning then only IT field survival will be easy.

Problem with support role is that there is no work life balance, rotational shifts, you don't have time to learn new things
I joined a company where I was getting 4.5 LPA I got training in Java and I got support project. As a person who have done 700+ LeetCode questions and a Knight on LeetCode support role is just frustrating. You have keep an eye on mails which was a headache it ruined my mental health on different level. Support Role is good for someone who don't know anything about coding. If you're good at coding I would suggest to either change the project or company.

I think every company has an internal job portal you have to give ur cv and according to that managers of different projects will reach u out. Else wait till ur current project ends and according to your skill set given in the internal job portal you will be able get into development projects.

They train people and help them with the placements
Or if you are confident enough then some companies hire people who passed out of college 3-4 year ago you can apply in those companies
@@avishekchakrabarty2560 It was not the case. They were choosing randomly. Support project never ends BTW. Because there are always some issues that are faced on clients side.

I think it's become a big deal since content creation started on TH-cam that "Tier 3 student got into big tech" blah blah. 15 years ago my friend who did his BE in Electronics n Telecommunication from a small time college in Tamil Nadu got into Infosys and later he was hired by Apple in two year's time.

One thing Di, sab log kaafi acha dikha rahe bata rahe ki Software Developers itna earn kar rahe itne ki job lag rahi and all, but har koi tech job nahi kar pata, correct so I want ki aap please koi non tech job wale ko v invite karo For ex. Business Analyst, Data Analyst jaise roles jisse aise logo ki v thodi help ho jaye jinko coding achi nahi lagti utni but they want job. Hope u will think about it.

Some of my friends are saying do just DSA, some are saying do front end, meanwhile some are saying do testing or join a pay after placement course of some sorts. Really confused to be honest. For the time being I have just started doing java.
