Wonderful! As an acupuncturist, I treat TMJ, headaches, and neck-upper body pain everyday. I will add this to the list of exercises I recommend they do at home. Those who do the exercises and improve their posture have better outcomes than those who don’t. Thanks, gentlemen!
I currently have this and Im afraid to even chew something because it hurts and we can't afford a doctor who treats this do you have any other recommendations on what else to do to treat this I've been doing this exefcise for the past 3 days 🤧
My neck would lock from it. Keeping the tongue on the roof of your mouth helps a lot. The headaches from TMJ were miserable. I found it was made worse from difficult life situations as a teen that I couldn’t process during my waking hours. I was letting off a lot of the stress in my sleep and biting extremely hard in my sleep. I would chew through my guard in a few weeks.
Wow ! I have similar situation especially if ur teeth is changing position too makes it uncomfortable i didn’t even know I was doing it until I got the pain and heard this didn’t even know this was in existence just thought it was natural hope ur better
Bob and Brad!! Just wanted to let you know how much this information helped me. I literally went from almost intolerable pain to maybe a 3 pain in 5 minutes. I didn’t even know I had TMD.. thought it was more the trigeminal nerve. But this helped significantly, and is very much appreciated! THANK YOU for doing what you do!! 💜
