@@theoneandonlyartyom oh 100%, it has to be shortened to make the weapon actually usable in game. I'm not saying it should be accurate, but it is cursed when you think about how that would work if someone actually tried it that way.
@@theoneandonlyartyom 2 mins is pretty exaggerated since soldiers could shoot 3 times in a minute. But regardless of that, they couldve spent an extra 2 seconds in the reload having him prime and cock the action. If the player is deciding to pick up a fucking *musket* in a game with modern firearms they can deal with the reload lol
Just one thing, the Garand reload seems pretty accurate. I know when COD WWII came out, many people complained about the animation because he pushes the bolt forward after inserting the en bloc clip. However, this is actually true to life. While the bolt could go forward automatically, other times it would need to be pushed forward manually. Also, we see him press the bolt release. So, the Garand reload seems to check out.
It’s the ping when the clip is ejected. The ping is made by the metal resonating. If there’s still bullets in the clip when ejected, it will damped the ping significantly because it would dampen the resonation.
Did you notice the reload animation with the scope? That would not work IRL due to the scope blocking the clip from entering. You'd have to load every bullet one by one.
I would have personally preferred if they made more than one reload animation to accurately depict the Garand's bolt and how it functions. Battlefield V had if I recall 3-4 separate animations for the Garand being reloaded, some showing the bolt automatically slamming forward while other times it gets a bit sticky, so it needs a nudge in the right direction.
@@cougarpegasus I own one. It’ll ping when there’s like 4 or less rounds in the clip because they get loose and go flying out of it. Also the bolt going into battery is usually less common than me having to tap the charging handle forward on my rifle.
I’d like to think the iraqi reload without a stock is just the operators having infinite dexterity and long fingers with their thumb on the back of the grip while pulling the charging handle with the rest of their fingers

With the first one for the revolving shotgun, that's actually just how the gun works IRL. It's basically an Armsel Striker, 70 years before the Striker built. The detachable mag, though. That's unforgivable.

The problem is that realistically, reloading the garand like this would cause garand thumb. That bolt ain't gonna hold back once you insert that en-bloc clip
@doorsareforopening That doesn't really make any sense. No matter the shape, pushing that mechanism in the bottom of the M1 is gonna cause the slide at the top to go forward. Sometimes it doesn't, but those are rare cases.

I was like "Heh, funny." when I saw the revolver, then the video cut to Fallout 4 and I just went "OH BOY HERE WE GO" The "guns" in that game are just so cursed in so many countless ways. You have developers like Hideo Kojima who take the developer team to a firing range to get hands-on experience to get the guns as accurate as possible, and then there's Todd at Bethesda who must like, watch a CNN clip and go "Eh, good enough."
May I bring your attention to one of the most cursed reloads of all time, the 23 round m1 garand in payday 2. Using the galant rifle and the superfire skill, you get to reload 23 rounds in an 8 round clip
0:52 Garand can be unloaded this way, however ejection varies from model to model. My dad used M1 during his time in military, and, he told me this was the way he unloaded the block magazine. Though for the ping sound, I don't know 1:03 although it wouldn't work with the scope that's featued, you can load M1903 stripper clip with an angle; depends on the scope mount or scope placement 2:03 if the slidelock working too smoothly is the problem here, a well maintained 226 or any other Sig pistol works like a dream; that's why they are so expensive also, oh my god please do not try that Sten thing in real life; %90 of accidents that happened in my uncle's unit was because of either people throwing or using too much force on a Sten
The grand has been a hot topic in this comment section. 😂 I put it in the video because I was under the assumption that a garand did not ping on a partial reload. However after doing more research and different peoples awesome feedback I realized that it kind of is up to the model and how many rounds are left in the clip, since the sound comes from the springiness of the metal clip. I did not know this so imma have to look into that, but you can load any scoped sniper with a stripper clip in game. Nope, it’s the hammers. Both SIG’s hammers seem to not move after the slide is pushed forward. Yeah this animation is terrible. Could have at least made the animation look good and not all choppy 😂
@@sebruHaving scoped rifles, I can say that clip would NOT work. Clip guides have to be put *straight* in from the top. Otherwise it's impossible to load the clip.
0:50 the only pipe weapons that are not THAT cursed when you think about it is the pipe bolt action and the pipe revolver. Both look like they could work.
You should have seeen the M249 SAW in battlefield 2042, you open it with basically 2 fingers on the front end of the cover, even though it would be literally impossible to open, and hurts even more when Battlefield 4 did it the correct way
Well, at least nobody's hating on GTFO for not knowing what a charging handle is or knowing how to fit 4 shells in a triple-barrel sawed-off. Oh wait, they also got an 8-round revolver with 6 rounds in the drum. Now there's at least 1 person hating on that.
0:51 i still really like this reload for the Garand, its completely plausible and not too far off from reality. There wouldnt be any ping sound any you would eject a round in the process but it looks pretty cool.
@@dalek14mc nah bro, most revolvers in games have the cylinder pop out, bullets drop (no ejector used), use a speedloader to put bullets in, flick close. often the guns facing up so the bullets would actually fall out in real life after the speedloader is used. doesnt sound advanced to me
@@freedoomer2524 That’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about HIDING the revolver while the rounds are being reloaded individually. COD has been doing this since the Black Ops days. SHG was smoking something out of this world when they made Vanguard
I need whatever they had 😂
Revolver fires 12 shots... reloads a 6 bullet drum...
Mini shells duh 🙄
2:15 thats one strong wristed feller
What? The revolver drum don't have space for 12 bullets? Unplayable.
Some of these aren't really cursed
Yeah, we can let a couple of them slide
3arc seems deathly scared of on-screen non-speed-loading revolver animations
casue if you increase fov on something like BO2 it shows the rounds arent actuallly being loaded
They don't want to have to go to the effort of explaining how 12 rounds fit in a 6-round cylinder
@@zays_mentos on what game that happens lol
@@Cloaker86 the first one shown in this vid, BO Cold War
@@zays_mentos yeah i just noticed!!! how the hell did that happen? some extended mag shenanigans?
"Wait the AKS-74U reload is actually kinda cool what's wrong wi-"
[Notices the lack of stock]
"Oh..."
They later fixed it in an update but making a unique animation for it
I remember seeing that F2000 clip and being confused. Then learned that they addded it to vanguard as well as the laser gun from AW.
A reason why Vanguard reloads were probably in this is due to the fact they were doing tactical reloads in a WWII game.
I like how the bolt action pipe pistol clearly has no magazine, so how in the hell did it fire 3 shots simultaneously 💀
Most old bolt action rifles had an internal magazine
There is what appears to be a magazine in front of the trigger, although i don't think the bolt is long enough to reach it
It loads a clip into an internal magazine
@@Pigness7 Attachment pack made my dog and girlfriend come back, ty.
I was like "Heh, funny." when I saw the revolver, then the video cut to Fallout 4 and I just went "OH BOY HERE WE GO"
The "guns" in that game are just so cursed in so many countless ways. You have developers like Hideo Kojima who take the developer team to a firing range to get hands-on experience to get the guns as accurate as possible, and then there's Todd at Bethesda who must like, watch a CNN clip and go "Eh, good enough."
The amount of whiplash I got at 1:25 was immense
Nobody's talking about the revolver shooting more than 6 rounds 💀
2:20 Tbh it isn't impossible, just extremely excessive in movement
No it’s not impossible it’s just like like you said, excessive. And on top of that it’s animated very poorly.
that nostock reload animation for mw2 has been fixed
May I bring your attention to one of the most cursed reloads of all time, the 23 round m1 garand in payday 2. Using the galant rifle and the superfire skill, you get to reload 23 rounds in an 8 round clip
I keep hearing about this, imma need to check it out at this point
@@cougarpegasus RussianBadger has a payday vid about using it along with the comically large spoon
F2000 Animation is fine, only thing "cursed" is the fact it's a Vanguard gun. Just reaching with that one.
That genius detail of having that screaming person at 1:35
2:18 Upon first glance: “Oh hey that’s MW2, why is this curs- OHH MY GAAWD THE STOCK! Literally unplayable!
0:52 Garand can be unloaded this way, however ejection varies from model to model. My dad used M1 during his time in military, and, he told me this was the way he unloaded the block magazine. Though for the ping sound, I don't know
1:03 although it wouldn't work with the scope that's featued, you can load M1903 stripper clip with an angle; depends on the scope mount or scope placement
2:03 if the slidelock working too smoothly is the problem here, a well maintained 226 or any other Sig pistol works like a dream; that's why they are so expensive
also, oh my god please do not try that Sten thing in real life; %90 of accidents that happened in my uncle's unit was because of either people throwing or using too much force on a Sten
I think scoped clip reload works but the clip wouldn't lock in place like it should without the scope so you gotta put more force to keep it in place
@@cougarpegasus you are correct, that way he sould just pop one round, you need to press clip ejector
"Do not sten"
Everyone: **sten**
@@sebruHaving scoped rifles, I can say that clip would NOT work. Clip guides have to be put *straight* in from the top. Otherwise it's impossible to load the clip.
Who the F made a Garand without the iconic "PING"????
A bunch of DICE interns 😔
@@cougarpegasus they should have permanent day-off for this
Took me way too long to realize what was wrong with the f2000... thank god cods gonna be bi yearly from now on
I absolutely love action-parodies that empty the shotgun totally unused because the guy can't stop racking it.
How cursed are these reloads i mea- OMG WTH 0:13
0:50 the only pipe weapons that are not THAT cursed when you think about it is the pipe bolt action and the pipe revolver. Both look like they could work.
The revolver is ok and if the rifle was a single shot it would be fine as well.
The bolt action is beyond cursed and the fact you can chamber that shit in 50 cal
I dunno man.. the Einhorn with the magazine is ROUGH 🤮
1:35 that yell was so random. Fits with the video 🤣
That car is the scariest jumpscare i've ever seen
You should have seeen the M249 SAW in battlefield 2042, you open it with basically 2 fingers on the front end of the cover, even though it would be literally impossible to open, and hurts even more when Battlefield 4 did it the correct way
I gotta peep this. Crazy how I could almost do a whole episode on 2042 reloads at this point lmao
Iranian reload style is real. Hold the bolt and frog empty msg and load it up new rounds, then Release the bolt.
A stock is usually recommended tho
"Oh, the Einhorn. I don't know much about it, so I probably can't tell what's wr-"
*sees box magazine
"Oh..."
I know the Hollywood shotgun thing is way over done. But it's such a cool cliché
Anakin you were once in cod and used the force for reloading back in the day go back to those days
"This gun holds 12 bullets. I'm a professional. You can't fool me, old man."
Thank you for car jumpscare at the end
You’re welcome 🙃
Fallout 4 and all of it's gross ass left handed guns is already immensely cursed
That Ak with no stock gave me nightmares and anxiety
That Iraqi reload on a stockless AK was just done with sheer willpower you wouldn't get it.
Ohhhhhhhhhh
"Oh that's fine, it's an F2000. Nothing wrong with that."
*Turns around.*
"Oh, right, it's 1938."
0:51 i still really like this reload for the Garand, its completely plausible and not too far off from reality. There wouldnt be any ping sound any you would eject a round in the process but it looks pretty cool.
Yeah, basically
In the year 2020, they were still hiding the revolver.
6 extra bullets in question be like 🫥
Nothing wrong with that, works just fine and it’s realistic
@@freedoomer2524 Well, yeah, there’s nothing “wrong” with it. It’s just that there were earlier games with MUCH more advanced revolver animations.
When you look at things like FA:S 2.0, which is an independent title that came out nearly a decade earlier, it puts COD to shame.
I think it's so funny that vanguard has a modern ass gun in it as well the fucking advanced warfare laser gun
I know it'd be really easy to bitch and moan about inaccuracies, vut i honestly i kinda love it when a game is historically inaccurate sometimes
Like the game was historically accurate from the start, so yeah it makes it pretty funny tbh. Would have been funnier if it had wood furniture on it 😭
@@cougarpegasus oh my God could you image if they did though
That would've been so funny

"That's not that bad... oh... oh that's bad."
0:51 The only thing cursed about that is the ping on a loaded clip
"What's actually wrong with that Iraqi relo- oh..."
At least the AK without a stock was fixed, and honestly I wasn't expecting that they cared enough to do it
Still have no idea why Bethesda think left handed guns exist en masse.
idk anything about guns all of those reloads looks normal to me
Im realizing i need someone to tell me exactly whats wrong with most of these for me to understand
Honestly most of em are fine, people are overusing cursed these days anyways
12 shots for 6 bullets is crazy....
Musta had a 2 for 1 special that day

I'm guessing it's just that the animation looks rough.
my guess is that bro already had a bullet in the chamber why would he lock the handle back
I dont see whats cursed about the ww2 garand reload.
load 1 shell in shotgun
boom, it's full
