The effects of mayonnaise! It's savory and delicious... Delicious~ That's the best!!
Precautions!!
1. You can taste bitter if you use a lot of olive oil.
2. Canola oil, grape seed oil, corn oil all succeeded.
Please note that other oils that I haven't used may not be emulsified.
3. Depending on the performance of the blender, you may fail. (My blender wasn't good, so I failed several times in the case of soy milk...)
4. After making a little bit and tasting it, add or decrease the seasoning.
5. Chick beans, cashew nuts, and avocados are less likely to fail. 100% success if concentration is correct ^^
6. You may not succeed at once. Don't be too disappointed. I often fail, too. LOL
[Egg Mayonnaise] 0:13

1 cup of canola oil (200ml)
1/3 spoon of salt
a spoonful of sugar
2 spoons of lemon juice (vinegar is also available)
Make sure you put the eggs first!!!
Put the ingredients in and grind it.

I don't know about oils I haven't used, but canola oil, grape seed oil, and corn oil are definitely successful.

1/2 cup canola oil (100ml)
1/3 spoon of salt
a spoonful of sugar
2 spoons of lemon juice (vinegar is also available)

Half a cup of soy milk (100ml
1 cup of canola oil (200ml)

Buy soymilk and use it.
I failed every time I did it with homemade beans.
[Chick Peas Mayonnaise] 2:09
half a cup boiled Chick Peas
1/2 cup canola oil (100ml)
1/3 spoon of salt
a spoonful of sugar
2 spoons of lemon juice (vinegar is also available)
1. Soak a cup of chickpeas in water for more than 5 hours.
2. Boil the soaked chickpeas 20 minutes in water.
3. Add ingredients and grind~
Don't throw away the boiled chickpeas water and use it to adjust the concentration.
