My hello.php refuse to turn to an php file.. bbut instead it show as hello.php.txt. and when i click on it i show me in txt file view.. how can i make mine turemn like yours tho i didn't get the notify to change my file extension

you need to change the file name extension properly.. follow here 4:33 and 4:50
I changed my file as first.php.txt to first.php still I can't get result and it shows my program instead what to do

in my case localhost show blank page
You need to set Environment Variable path to the htdocs folder in the pc settings, that step might be done previously by the uploader. Hope this helps
