For all the SOMEHOW unaware people out there - "House of gold and bones" is a double CONCEPT album. Which means it TELLS THE STORY. So to accent certain points in the story some melodies are reprised in other songs which IS a hint to you. That's the point, and it's just brilliant.
It was and is a Masterpiece of a story to be told. Stone Sour and Cory owe us all either a movie or a series on Netflix. BTW, I own and preordered all the comic books to match, so I personally do own stock on this.
I read the chapter in Seven Deadly Sins about Waterloo. I found out stuff about Corey I had no idea about. He is real. He is genuine. He is crazy and angry and violent. But he has heart and humor and loyalty. I really respect him for all he has survived and accomplished. He is no angel, but he is no devil either. As he said, he is just a man and says he is no hero. But I think he is wrong about that last bit. I consider him a hero in a time that lacks them. He is a survivor. And in times like these we all need to be heroes and survivors. I wish more people would be brutally honest about themselves and the world. Corey is more than he realizes. Humanity is going through the Conflagration even though most do not know it yet. Some will make it, some wont. These are the times that try men's souls- Thomas Paine.
