I live in California and placed my order for Omnisphere 2 at night and my order was processed & sent that same night, sweetwater the best place for any musician.
I had the honor, no the privilege, of going to Sweetwater last summer and I met Mr. Nick D’Virgilio!!!!!! And of course, my Sweetwater Sales Engineer, Nate Burkhardt!! I went with my family and best friend.
Good to hear they take care of you... what you guys do makes a difference, none of the over the top customer experience goes unnoticed or unappreciated, thank you.
I lost my SW sales guy a few weeks ago after he received a promotion. He always made sure I got the best deal possible. My new guy seems to be working out luckily. Good to see SW treats you guys right.
I was born and raised in Indianapolis and visited this place 2 years ago. Never knew they were even here. So glad I did. Sweetwater is a great place. Thanks Churchfront for highlighting an industry icon!!!
Incredibly blessed to be a worship leader of a church that's only a few minutes drive away from Sweetwater. Our rep has been awesome for us and it's nice to be able to literally walk in and try stuff out before buying it.
I worked at Sweetwater briefly between churches once. There is a vastly different environment in the warehouse verses sales, verses the show room... I wish I could share my picture of the guitar isle in the warehouse. It's awe inspiring! I've also been a customer for 15+ years with the same sales rep at multiple churches. I would still recommend Sweetwater.
Sweetwater the happiest place on earth, Disneyland? Disneynland doesn't have guitars, giant vats of candy, and an indoor slide in the same building. who agrees?
My wife and I would spend a few days at Sweetwater over Disney any day. Less stress and so much gear! Sales engineer Stephen Oppenheim (Ext1685)is fantastic! The whole team is phenomenal! The culture of the place is just an amazing thing to see.
Wow! Mind blown! The store, the service, and you’re a faith based business! I’m a new Sweetwater customer and I was impressed when I received my first order. I’m beyond impressed at this point and will be buying all my gear at Sweetwater from now on!
Kudos to this great video! Working on 20 years doing business with Chuck and my buddy Chris Lewis. Never a disappointing moment, I have many thousands of dollars of equipment for sound, instruments and mics, amps etc.... you are in my humble opinion, the best music “Store” in the world.... God bless you! (Hi Chris and Chuck!) oh and I didn’t mention that they were there for every step whilst I was building my “litttle” studio....... 🙏🏼👍🏻
It’s so true. I had a new JHS Kilt go down. On a Friday. I had a new one on my step Saturday morning. Crazy. They insisted I hold onto both pedals to make sure the new one worked. Crazy good customer service.
I like the fact that they inspect the guitars that come in from the manufactures, actually open the box and inspect unlike other retailers that are direct ship from the point of origin. The importance of it was told to me by my Sweetwater rep, the manufactures will only send the best to them, because of their rigorous inspection guitars will be sent back before they even make it to the selling process of being cataloged, pictured and what not. I've experienced the buy from a online retailer and get direct ship from the manufacture and it wasn't a happy experience.
Even if other places had better prices idk if I'd buy from them. Anytime I've had trouble trying to get help or service from a brand, sweetwater always had my back! You dont get that from anywhere else
Only music company I will work with! I remember being paired up with Dan VanAmerongen with my first orders back in 2005 or 2006 back in music school. Fast forward to this last year and wanting to get back to writing and mixing music and I didn't have his email. A quick email to sweetwater tech support and I had a call from Dan the next morning asking how we could get that music flowing again. Their sales techs aren't just reading manuals, they are their performing music or writing or recording it as well. If I wasn't stuck in California I think I'd love to work there as well.
I think, Thomann does it similar. In these times, where it is hard to impossible, to deliver many items, the storage capacity ensures, that you could buy much things without waiting.
Amazing amazing amazing store. I used to buy my gears from a “well known” music store. I became a great fan and customer from #sweetwater. They always provide me a great customer service not only pre but specially post purchases. Thanks @Sweetwater.
Great-great job with making this video. I've never really knew much about Sweetwater but I've always bought my equipment from them. Now knowing how much they take their job and customers serious keeps me wanting to buy from them and be apart of the company.
Love you guys, always had a good experience... Thanks to Christian Baer for never complaining about dealing with my stupid questions and fixing the problems my ignorance causes haha....
Thank you Sweetwater for the "Sweetwater Headquarters and Distribution Center | Behind the Scenes Tour" on TH-cam video online. Merci Sweetwater pour le "Sweetwater Headquarters and Distribution Center | Behind the Scenes Tour" sur la vidéo TH-cam en ligne.
I had no idea you guys were at Sweetwater, this is awesome! It truly is a dream to work here and Fort Wayne is a wonderful city and community to be a part of.
Oh man! If I had known you guys were in the area I would’ve made a trip up to meet you guys. I live about 45 minutes away in Marion. Love the work you guys are doing!
I’ve been buying a few things from Jason for the past couple of years, he was recommended by a friend who’s a working musician. I’ve been really impressed with his service. I guess Great guys and great company’s do exist. I’ll definitely be going to Sweetwater, the customer service is the best
There's not enough space in the comment section to express the goodness I feel for Sweetwater. They do everything right because they honor God Almighty, Jesus Christ, and His Holy Spirit. God bless everyone at Sweetwater. You're the bestest!☺
I like how I can place something as little as a bag of picks and I'll get a phone call from them a few days later to make sure I'm satisfied with my picks and to answer any question I have about my picks :-) Who does that? And then when I order something a little more expensive (Dano Longhorn Bass), they do the multi-point quality check and send me pictures before it gets shipped... and then have a big sticker on the box when it shows up that tells me to wait a day before I open it up to let the guitar adjust to local conditions and then when you open it up the next day it's as if delicate angels hand delivered your guitar as if it was a newborn baby. Ok, I'm sold on Sweetwater. They know how to run an online business.
Sweetwater is a great company and we love and respect them and particularly like the candy they put in every order. but in all honesty we feel that with all the power they have they should encourage these manufacturing companies to make their products in the United States Canada or Mexico. for real
Sweetwater is not as good as they say, when I order thing it is never in stock I have to order elsewhere. The only thing I can say they have good customer service.😔
Great, but 98 percent of their advertised instrument inventory is out of stock, they continually advertise the same stuff they dont carry and never will. Their notifications for stock updates are a mirage, I have never received one. I love everything about Sweetwater except you cant buy anything from them unless you are pre ordering a brand new release such as an E kit or synth. This has been confirmed by me over the last 10 years, I come looking for hundreds if not thousands of pieces of gear, its NEVER in stock, nor does it ever become in stock. I wish I had written down all the items that I alone went to them to buy, its mind boggling. Edit: this is something I wanted to buy within hours of my original comment: Elektron Analog Rytm MKII Black 8-voice Drum Computer (not in stock). What a shock.
This is why i will never buy from musician friend again, i had to go pick it up at fedex, NOBODY COULD GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER WILL EMAIL IT TO YOU BULLSHIT then one night i phone up this guy gives it to me like it was no big deal and probably thought why i was making a fuss ? but it took 3 or 4 people telling they would email it or had problem's finding it WHY ? ANOTHER REASON WHY AMAZON IS KILLING EVERY COMPANY OUT THERE GET IT SHIPPED FAST AND AS FAST AS POSSIBLE NOT WAIT A WEEK OR TWO TO GET IT OUT LIKE MOST PLACES.
Not an advertisement. We spent our own money to fly out and make videos to tour the place. It’s a good company. Arguably the best to buy music and tech gear online. Any other questions?
It still looks and sound like an advertisement, even if it was unpaid it is advertising this company. And I'm not sure if you tried to answer my question, how does it fit in on this channel? I thought it was more of the "how to" and "how do others do it", not "buy here".
It’s a “how to buy the gear you need and get it shipped to your doors in two days.” I think you missed the fact that they have 100 sales engineers dedicated to helping church worship ministries shop for gear. I’d say that’s highly relevant to this channel
I personally have a sales engineer that helps me with ANY questions I have to find the right gear I need to run worship at my church. It is very helpful that I am able to talk to someone who knows so much about gear and products to provide solutions for the church at the click of a button or through an email.
Pretty disappointed with this tour compared to their others. This was more just sweet water making a long advert and telling us what they offer which we've seen in multiple other places. I was really exited to see a tech tour but instead, i watched a long advertisement with a bit of history about sweet water and how sweet water works. would of love to seen an actual tech tour, you know, going into all the rooms and showing us that and a run through of there studio. Thats a tour and thats what we've seen in all the other videos. But the actual video was really good, just slightly disappointed.
Doing an in-depth tech tour of sweetwater would require a 20-part documentary with hour long episodes. Not sure our channel is the right place for that.
Awesome place to work. Been here for almost 3 years.
Good to hear they take care of you... what you guys do makes a difference, none of the over the top customer experience goes unnoticed or unappreciated, thank you.
Very cool agents too. My main rep is Nick Mendola who is my main main rep since 2016
I lost my SW sales guy a few weeks ago after he received a promotion. He always made sure I got the best deal possible. My new guy seems to be working out luckily. Good to see SW treats you guys right.
Absolutely wonderful people at Sweetwater!
Sweetwater is second to NONE. Love this company!!!
I was born and raised in Indianapolis and visited this place 2 years ago. Never knew they were even here. So glad I did. Sweetwater is a great place. Thanks Churchfront for highlighting an industry icon!!!

Wow never knew sweetwater was such a dynamic company will be buying even more of my products from them what a great company.
We need a sweetwater in 🇨🇦absolutly 🥁🥁🤟🏻🤟🏻🇨🇦
Sweetwater the happiest place on earth, Disneyland? Disneynland doesn't have guitars, giant vats of candy, and an indoor slide in the same building. who agrees?
Me
I have been there. Class place. Wonderful people.
My wife and I would spend a few days at Sweetwater over Disney any day. Less stress and so much gear! Sales engineer Stephen Oppenheim (Ext1685)is fantastic! The whole team is phenomenal! The culture of the place is just an amazing thing to see.
What a GREAT company. Nick Farmer (rep) has been BEYOND amazing!
Wow! Mind blown! The store, the service, and you’re a faith based business! I’m a new Sweetwater customer and I was impressed when I received my first order. I’m beyond impressed at this point and will be buying all my gear at Sweetwater from now on!

I just went to Sweetwater for the first time last month since I live in Indiana. I will be going there way more now that I know how close it is! 🙌🏾
It’s so true. I had a new JHS Kilt go down. On a Friday. I had a new one on my step Saturday morning. Crazy. They insisted I hold onto both pedals to make sure the new one worked. Crazy good customer service.
The best part is being able to talk to an engineer. Priceless!
Sweetwater is like a small city of AWESOME STUFF OF MUSIC
World class customer service! Best in the business by far, great help in building my humble studio in west MI, will make it to gearfest someday!
I like the fact that they inspect the guitars that come in from the manufactures, actually open the box and inspect unlike other retailers that are direct ship from the point of origin. The absolute best music retailer I’ve ever did business with

good service, fast shipping, high prices on the good stuff
Sweetwater is the best! I buy gear for my podcast from them all the time!
Great company.
I think, Thomann does it similar.
In these times, where it is hard to impossible, to deliver many items, the storage capacity ensures, that you could buy much things without waiting.
Sweetwater started out as a mobile recording studio... 🤔 that’s awesome!
Yes indeed you get a technical problem they gonna help you
Love you guys, always had a good experience... Thanks to Christian Baer for never complaining about dealing with my stupid questions and fixing the problems my ignorance causes haha....
Wow, very impressive!
Went there once for my bday, great place. I gotta say, my favourite spot was the slide. However, we tend to get better prices from GC Pro.
Thank you Sweetwater for the "Sweetwater Headquarters and Distribution Center | Behind the Scenes Tour" on TH-cam video online. Merci Sweetwater pour le "Sweetwater Headquarters and Distribution Center | Behind the Scenes Tour" sur la vidéo TH-cam en ligne.
I love these guys! Robert is the best rep!
I had no idea you guys were at Sweetwater, this is awesome! It truly is a dream to work here and Fort Wayne is a wonderful city and community to be a part of.
I had no idea it was so massive!! Love it
Ohh Man,
I wanna work there!!!
Is cooler than what I thought 🤯
The new distribution center is the GOAT ... now I see why my in stock stuff ships so fast. But where do you keep all the candy?
I love SW! Shout out to my rep Zack Davidson.
Oh man! If I had known you guys were in the area I would’ve made a trip up to meet you guys. I live about 45 minutes away in Marion. Love the work you guys are doing!
you don't need a concert system to "spread the word". But god loves a good advert.
Uhhhh, Is this heaven?
I live half an hour away from Sweetwater and can attest that it is Heaven!
@@Mistrals60 Nice!
I've been there and I have to say, yes, it is heaven on earth! 😄
Oh shout to Natish one of the best sales engineers in sweet water don’t hesitate to call him a cool cat y’all
Shout out to Jason Koons at Sweetwater. Incredible Sales Engineer!
I have had good experiences as a customer and am interested in either consulting or providing field service to their worship community clients.
I like how I can place something as little as a bag of picks and I'll get a phone call from them a few days later to make sure I'm satisfied with my picks and to answer any question I have about my picks :-) Who does that? I must go here please
You took the time to mic up Andrew... so why not use the same mic for the host?
Who's here because of Perf De Castro's Interview with Ely Buendia? 😁
The best
Does Sweetwater ship in Canada?
Nice
Sweetwater is a great company and we love and respect them and particularly like the candy they put in every order. but in all honesty we feel that with all the power they have they should encourage these manufacturing companies to make their products in the United States Canada or Mexico. for real
I do not will not order anything for my Recording Studio unless I order it from my Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
We need this type of store in India 😍
"Paradise By The Keyboard Light"

Cusrtomer SERVICE- so many CS reps I call script readers don't have a clue- sweetwater does!

I didn’t know Sweetwater is an Evangelical arm of the Church!
Unfortunately they don’t ship to Sweden 😢😢😢
No is not heaven but I always had a pleasant experience with these guys pretty cool cats they know their stuff
2:18 WTF IS THAT?!!! 🤯🤩
Hello

Just prey you never need them to service the product you bought because the repair department sucks.
Christ said make a joyful noise. He did not say with music.
I just need sweetwater not to be backstocked on so many items....
sadly thats due to the pandemic :(
Christian company? Yakk...Boycott...
Pretty disappointed with this tour compared to their others. This was more just sweet water making a long advert and telling us what they offer which we've seen in multiple other places. Doing an in-depth tech tour of sweetwater would require a 20-part documentary with hour long episodes. Not sure our channel is the right place for that.
