Hi April, I'm new to powerapps and came across your dataverse tutorial. I'm planning to shift career from a recruiter to powerapps developer and your video helped me so much in understanding what dataverse is. I have subscribed!!! And I'm going to check your other videos too. You're awesome!
This was really helpful. We're just getting started with Dataverse, and now I feel like I have a much better understanding of how everything is related. Keep up the great work!
Hi, I'm new in studying power apps / power platform, and I found your (amazing) YT channel. I feel like I've found a gold mine: your videos are quite clear and full of tips; thank you for sharing all this knowledge, in such a clear way. Keep on posting, I'll keep on studying :)
That was great. First of your videos I've seen. I've been looking for a replacement for FileMaker that's web-based, will be quickly useable by our team, and will integrate well with other MS software. This looks like it will do the trick. Thanks for the great explanation.
Thx April, say, we had 700k line items in dataverse, can we use the Search( ) function ? and expect a return of full results from those 700k line items? (Delegation)
I don't have Data Verse, I have One Lake Data Hub, and something called Microsoft Fabric? I'm starting to learn the Power Platform and find the lack of a centralized starting point difficult. I'm starting to think its called Microsoft 365 because they have 365 apps! Could you recommend a starting point for just learning about how the Microsoft stuff is connected and a starting point for the Power Platform?
Appreciate your video(s) April! No history or experience w/Dynamics, but would like to take advantage of Microsoft's Dataverse, PowerApps and Portals and leave all legacy systems and database behind. Would you recommend adding custom tables to Standard Dataverse tables (i.e accounts, contacts, etc) to make application entirely self-contained, rather than connecting to outside data source, if possible? Thx.
Hello April Dunnam. I always watch videos well and click like to your TH-cam in Korea. I have a question. How do I insert an image into the PowerApp dataverse? I've searched and watched a lot of TH-cam videos, but I'm struggling because I haven't solved them yet. Please answer me.
When you share your power app and your data base is dataverse, do you need to share the dataverse as well and do the use will have access to that dataverse?
Hi April, thanks for your excellent job at explaining everything Power Platform. I have this question : I've followed your explanations, set up an environment with region = France, and created tables in the dataverse. I build an app on top of this, the whole process took me less than 3h. And I've created records : projects with a start date. Now when I query said dataverse with Power BI, the dates all shift 1 day back : if I enter Nov. 14th using the app, it shows as Nov. 13th in Power BI : can you give me a quick explanation as to why it behaves like this ? (obviously I could create a measure in power bi to shift the date field 1 day later, but it doesn't sound right) ... Andre.
I love it. I get it. Q. Can we create a database of photographs and link to our other tables? For instance, an employee can add a photo of himself and the photo will populate on his profile?
Great job, thanks.
Thank you too!
I have been looking for this explanation for over a year. THANK YOU
I'm glad that I could help!

This video is very informative. Is there any limition in Dataverse compare to SQL?
Is it possible to use same dataverse for two different portals
?
Does Dataverse backend instance by default an Azure SQL DB or Managed Instance?
