- Join us as we perform the first “modification” on the Audi SQ5 by removing the stock air filter (which was extremely old and dirty) and replace it with a K&N High Flow Air Filter.

Nice job. Thanks for posting. Your winter must be the exact opposite of ours here in the US. It was interesting seeing you guys wearing heavy winter coats. We are in the middle of a really hot summer right now. Averaging in the 90's everyday, some days have been 110+ with the heat index, heavy rainfall, our eastern part of the State of Kentucky just flooded and wiped out a couple of towns 37 confirmed dead and that number is going up. It was UNBELIEVABLE the amount of water that rushed through that area flash flooding and took out the entire town within minutes! Houses are literally underwater to the point you can't even see the roofs.
Yep it’s Winter over here at the moment Joe, it’s been pretty cold but nothing too bad (no snow where we are). 110 is pretty crazy, we get up to around 32 degrees in the heat of summer here (approx 90 for you). Hope all is well with you and you’re staying safe.
Did a Dyno, without a tune, +5 whp, +4tq, peak, 10 whp/9 tq gain 2k rpm to 3.5k rpm
The full IE intake gets your double that with the tune, the K&N only made additional 2hp & 1tq if tune added.
Thanks for posting, I have just bought a 2012 Q5, do you think a K&N filter would make any performance improvements?
Very very minor, you won’t even notice.
I did not see performance increases, although I did improve gas mileage by 1 MPG in my car.
Do you notice any sound difference after the K&N filter installation ?
