Alternator bearing replacement - Suzuki alto

  • So we did our first test drive to check that all of the head work we did was OK only to find that the alternator bearings had gone bad.
    Here is how we replaced them.
    The bearings I used were:-
    SKF6302RS (15x32x13mm) Ebay item:- 173653282027
    SKF6202RS (15x35x11mm) Ebay Item:- 173653251827
    Although different alternators will have different bearings.

    I have to warn you that I have no formal automotive training, and have just learned by breaking stuff. If you can learn anything from my mistakes then great, but you do so at your own risk!

    Any chance you could put the item numbers of the Bearings in the description so people could get them to do this job also please?.

    Sir ....any suggestion regarding my alto i have change my radiator, head gasket and water pump but still overheat after 2 minute...can u help me pliss

      Im totally lost and did not know what to do now......any guest for my next move....what could be the possible reason?

      @@izakiruatfela8539 The only things I can think of that you haven't already done are the thermostat?, blocked radiator? and an air lock maybe? Good luck sorting it out 🤞.

      Sir I've done thermostat and water line is not clogged....any possible reason
