KLM Airlines was involved in the biggest Airliner disaster in history. Two 747s KLM & Pan Am Airlines collided on the runway of Tenerife with 583 fatalities. I remember watching the documentary. What a sad day in 1977. With that said. That is a beautiful model. Great piloting. Thanks for posting the coolest RC plane videos on the Tube.
@@MultiMaitre I understand but what does the Tenrife disaster have to do with an RC 747 other than the fact its in KLM? If it was in a Delta livery (lets say) he wouldn't have said that.
Great video. I got it one, too~!!! It's the only one in Korea. The Reverse thrust was really impressive. Actually, PNP doesn't have reverse thrust. It must have installed by your friend.
@@Thercgeek I have flown some bigger than I usually fly and the only challenge I have with them is the perspective on landing. Since they are big they give me the illusion they are closer to the runway than they really are. I must be careful not to land short. So I like to stand close to the end of the runway as I bring the plane in on final approach. That way I have a better perspective on where the plane is in relation to the start of the runway.
@@Thercgeek yeah.. in quick question on the email i asked about the aviability of the 123% 90mm short kit.. if you ship to europe czech republic and if its like.. a balsa kit for user to build or already prebuilt model... thats about it 😂
Gotta pay the people who make these things when you think about it I went and got a second job to buy myself one of those 1/14 scale Excavators because I want one that bad
Reverse thrust was amazing, she flies like a fighter jet
Looks and sounds like the real thing just beautiful
Very cool, thanks for sharing 👍
I would love to see it in action with the AL37
Both planes are cool and very realistic
With some drone footage to top it off
It would be so awesome
thanks for the right color❤ my queen

why did you need to bring that into a fun video?
@@canadiantrainperson Why not? That is part of the history.

That’s correct, they had replaced the esc’s with reversing ones because the wheel brakes just weren’t sufficient enough to stop it.
@Thercgeek Right. Wheel brakes can stop efficiently this giant Queen of the sky. Thank you, my friend, for useful information.
Beautiful, but when I saw the title I thought you would be flying it Chris ???
Have you had a chance to fly any of the big ones ?
I’ve flown a few large models and was offered to fly this one. unfortunately I wasn’t able to stick around to get that flight.

Where is this air field? I'd like to attend one of these flying events.
This was at the rosewood rc flyers in Elizabeth, IN. Really awesome flying site.
Now do the Canary Island Takeoff. Kidding. Nice model.
How many price
Nice. Just made my AL37 a tree ornament trying to fly in 15 knot winds
DoH 😖
Oof!
@@Thercgeek lack of judgement for sure. A heavy gust just got me
They do get pretty tricky in heavy winds, especially crosswinds.
I want one still😊
They are pretty cool
@@Thercgeek if I do I want to do a repaint job 🤔
I wanna buy this someone tell how?
hello, i just wanted to ask... is the website jethangar still in service? recently sent an email but it didnt reach the destination
It is, but the best bet is to call. The email on the website doesn’t always go through. I’ve tried to get my folks to fix it, but haven’t thus far.

Where can I buy one of these?
HSD USA still has a few airframe kits left
Here you go hsdjetsusa.com/hsdjets-s-edf90mmx4-hby-747-klm-colors-pnp. They’re not cheap 😬

@@Boeing767DriverAA There is a complete build of the HSD 747 on the PlaneFunRC channel.
Nice plane... Why don't we see a slow fly by?
Anybody can do a fast low pass...
that’s at the discretion of the pilot which was not me for this flight. 😆
Nice easy flying bird. He needs to get the nose up and flare for landing next time. It will fly slower than he thinks.
Holy smokes. That thing retails for $4,300.00 !
That's it

So then I would need a much bigger car 😅
No. The fuse breaks down into 3 parts.
😆 maybe, lol
