  • Complaining is a bad habit that can really make you sick, mental and physical health are greatly affected and in today's video I will tell you about it.
    This last month I recorded 5 videos but so far I haven't been able to start editing. Since I don't like being so late, I thought about posting them in a row, that is... Today, tomorrow, the day after... etc. From then on there will be a routine of 3 or 4 videos a week and I feel energized now stop to start with the rhythm that youtube demands without stopping.
    You will see that I am trying to find the type of video that best suits me, that does not bore me when editing it and that at the same time does not bore you when watching it 😂
    What did you find more dynamic? Better or worse? I also keep testing different posting times, etc...
