Very good insights into how bureaucracy has killed the pakistani polity. In India too the IAS is also of the same breed. No accountability or responsibility and only lifetime employment and corruption. The only failure of Modi as PM has been to simply not pass administrative reforms so that these IAS leeches can be done away with and you get specialists for the job.
