[PS2 World Record] Ratchet & Clank 2 NG+ no IMG in

Sorry about the poor quality, forgot to local record so it's stuck at the old 720p :( Shucks.
Run is still awful, have like half the lap skip timesave to go still. 18 is very improbable, but maybe if I'm feeling it and get some time I'll try for it.
