Congratulations! The nature footage was stunning. I have been wanting to do some land scape painting after watching Sandi Hester here on youtube. That would be an amazing place to sit and paint. I had a feeling you lived near me when I saw the coffee shop footage in another video. It's been awhile since I"ve had an outing in Downtown Portland. My Son and I spent a morning at Powells fairly recently. We love to go on a Saturday morning and get a donut from Petunias and then hit up the shops on Mississippi and Alberta.

It was really nice watching your collab video with Morgan! That nature preserve was amazing with the deer and beavers! I've only seen beavers in the zoo lol. One of the things I like about Portland is the uniqueness of the shops, so many interesting items you don't see at chain stores. I could spend a day easily browsing candles, books and stationery stores! Your art is lovely and wish you all the best on your new endeavor!!

First and foremost congratulations on living your dream and becoming a full time creative. It took courage and tons of hard work on your part to get to this milestone and I am so very happy for you. Your a very talented artist so never doubt yourself for one moment! I loved seeing the nature reserve. Oh my goodness where is this located as it is definitely a place I need to visit! I loved seeing the deer, pelicans, heron, and beavers. So much precious wildlife. Loved the poem you shared while at the coffee shop and that candle store! I must go there! I have lived in Portland all my life but I still am finding out new places and shops though word of mouth and you and Morgan's videos. Love that view from Departure and of course who doesn't love Powell's book store. I also related to what Morgan said at the end of this video. Many of us had to stick with jobs that were hard as we had no choice so you do have to cling to things that bring you joy. Simple pleasures that end up being life lines. Nature was a big one for me. Rachel!!! 😭 I just went to he post office today & received your beautiful & generous package! That is literally such an incredibly kind & sweet thing to give me and your letter meant SO much to read. I had seen that squirrel when I was looking at getting one when she offered that sale, and it had already sold and I was so sad but now to have it myself, I am just so touched and honored! She is now sitting next to my gentleman squirrel and they are the cutest pair! I love her so much 💛 🐿 thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

First and foremost congratulations on living your dream and becoming a full time creative. It took courage and tons of hard work on your part to get to this milestone and I am so very happy for you. Your a very talented artist so never doubt yourself for one moment! I loved seeing the nature reserve. Oh my goodness where is this located as it is definitely a place I need to visit! I loved seeing the deer, pelicans, heron, and beavers. So much precious wildlife. Loved the poem you shared while at the coffee shop and that candle store! I must go there! I have lived in Portland all my life but I still am finding out new places and shops though word of mouth and you and Morgan's videos. Love that view from Departure and of course who doesn't love Powell's book store. I also related to what Morgan said at the end of this video. Many of us had to stick with jobs that were hard as we had no choice so you do have to cling to things that bring you joy. Simple pleasures that end up being life lines. Nature was a big one for me.
