The practices the ASP engage in are 100% unreasonable and unethical. High speed pursuits and PIT maneuvers are not allowed in the vast majority of jurisdictions across the United States because of the danger it causes to the public. These dangerous and reckless practices are especially forbidden in a situation where no serious offense has been committed.
