PLEASE dude Usman would have finished Shields in the first round. What's nuts is people calling Usman "boring" but give GSP so much praise. I remember ordering this fight and it was absolutely hot garbage . GSP's record is filled with decisions against one dimensional fighter's. Couldn't finish Shields, couldn't finish Alves, couldn't finish Hardy.

Goes to show anyone with a "Div 1" background in wrestling doesnt really mean alot in mma...its a great base but that's not thats all it's about obviously...St Pierre never went to college for it but was so good, Canada wanted him to represent them for his weight class in the Olympics....he makes these stereotypes studied and hyped wrestlers look novice in something they've done there whole lives...its the heart and will of any one individual that can change the dynamics in anything. This match spoke volumes.

I was the only one of my buddies that was excited for this, I was big into Strikeforce and knew of Shields dominance. Not exciting fighter but effective one

GSP only has two “weaknesses”. 1) He didn’t have one shot KO power. 2) His face would show damage easily, so he looked more beat up at times than he actually was.
    That’s it…

In retrospect, GSP, like Jones, found a way to beat the testing system.

Shields is a very tough dude.
But let’s be honest, nobody is on GSPs level at WW. Not Usman, not nobody.GSP is just too adaptable and dynamic.

Gsp the true goat. I'd have put Jon Jones in the conversation but he's a pill popping cheat and I love pills and powders. Happily I'm not using them to gain an advantage in combat

There is no debate GSP in the GOAT ( Without USADA Violation) & JON JONES os the GOAT ( with some USADA Violations)
