I can't thank you enough for this. I am at a very challenging place in my life where my Complex PTSD has gotten so bad that I feel like I can't exercise at all anymore. I always get triggered or my digestion or anxiety is so bad that I can't breathe. But this! I can do this. Thank you so much!
As a VERY heavy person I cannot tell you, how thankful I am for your motivational videos. This is literally the FIRST TIME in my life that I was able to follow all steps without having to make up something as a substitute. Tha k you a lot for this and see you tomorrow for day 2 💜
So happy to hear that!! They do go a bit faster, the further you get in those daily challenge videos but don’t get discouraged! Go back to the ones you were able to !❤️

This is great, thanks! I found you because I had a 4-minute break earlier today and I was looking for a 3-minute walking video to just energize me before I got back to work. It was perfect for the time I had. So not only does this playlist have a walk that will fit into any size break I've got, but it is also untimidating enough for me to get my mom to agree to start it with me today! I sent her the playlist and asked her if she would do this 1-minute workout with me today, and she said yes. 🎉 If I get her up to a 30-minute workout in a month, I will be so grateful.
This is perfect for me. Im disabled, and normal workouts are way to heavy for me. But this is a perfect way to like build my ability to exercise again.
