Malvan is a town and taluka in Sindhudurg District, the southernmost district of Maharashtra State, India, well known for the historically important Sindhudurg Fort. Malvan taluka consists of villages such as Angane Wadi Masure, Achra, Khalchi Devli, Jamdul, Juva, Pankhol, Talasheel and Sarjekot. The main occupation here is fishing and agriculture. The staple diet of the local people is fish curry and rice. The town produces Alphonso mangoes and is also known for sweets such as Malvani Khaja made from gram-besan flour and coated jaggery as well as Malvani Ladoos. Other sweets that attract tourists are Konkani meva, Aambawadi, Fanaspoli, dry fruits, Kajuwadi, Naralachya Wadya, and Malvani Masale.

Hi Tejasvi, Which month did you go, these videos are of which month ? We plan to go in 15-30March. Will it be too hot, sunny and humid at that time ? We have kids too, so wanted to check if the weather will be pleasant at that time or too hot ?
Hello, I went in March & it was a little bit hot over there but this is the best time to do watersports activities.
You can go with your kids just carry plenty of water, cap, sunglasses etc for protection

Is it good to travel in june end or early july?
You can't enjoy beach as it's rainy season. Also scuba diving is not available in monsoon.

Which bus tickets to book from Pune? I searched a lot but there's no direct bus to malvan from Pune
There is a direct bus to Malvan named Bhagwati Travels on Redbus which you will get from wakad, katraj, balewadi.

Which is the best time to visit this Malvan?
The best time to visit malvan is from November to February.
Right now it will be hot over there but if you want to do watersports activities then you can go in this season as well.
