If my memory is correct, I (MunsonRoyE) was playing the Shuttles game against you. In the draft I kept a card (cannot remember what it was) and passed you Habs and Shuttles, expecting you to make the obviously correct decision of cutting Habs from Ecoline. You did not!
On Gen 1, I think maybe you could have done Martian industries, keep Mohole/Elevator/Towing - that leaves you at 41. Mohole on the Titanium leaves you at exactly 27 for space elevator. A bit risky with preludes that could eat up that space before your turn though. Plus, I buy too many cards, but ending Gen 1 with only 1 card in hand and no card draw is scary - my Gen 2 depends on getting things I can play in the draft?
Would sell steel into Deimos have been a good play to start Gen 3? Given their set up and that its 4p with a ton of heat and plant prod, UNMI seem like your biggest opponent, so my thought process was hitting UNMI for 8 plants making it harder to get his TR action (also being able to pay for CTC entirely with steal and securing the bonus heat prod as well) was better value than the plant protection provided by towing (4 plants instead of 6 going into gen 4). I'm trying to improve my game so what are your thoughts?
The game eventually ends Gen 8, so that would have been +18 money over the course of the game. It's only +5 over its cost, and all the profit comes at the very end of the game. Tack on the fact that Banker isn't an option on this map so the MC prod doesn't even have potential side benefits.
That double bump gen was so satisfying. Nice one!
LOL I knew this game looked familiar … cause that was the one time I actually had the opportunity to tune into the stream. :D
Hahaha nice :D

You mean that you expected me to make the obviously correct decision to keep Shuttles and I didn't disappoint?
Bro, do German universities just give away advanced degrees in Mathematics?

How is acquired company in gen 2 "not that great"?
In 4p w/ Prelude and no discounts, Acquired Company is pretty terrible gen 2.

Hmm. I didn't consider just how fast games end in 4p
Math fails 😢
