Great video! Your knowledge and experience is very impressive. I have an EZ-Go 48 TXT which makes no noise at all. I replaced the batteries, the charger, and the 4 wire charger socket. Any advise on exactly where the wires should connect? The largeer black and red are a no brainer, but the white and the thin blue wire are a mystery. Thank you in advance.
So what exactly did you do? I’m trying to wire up a new receptacle right now and don’t have a diagram for it. Not sure where the sensor goes. Put red on positive and black on negative.
Both the red wire and the grey wire go to the main positive, which is battery #1 positive. The black goes to the main battery negative which is the negative of your last battery in series, which IS NOT the same battery you have the positive connected to. The grey wire has a black hard piece that’s a temp sensor which if not working will shut the cart down as it cannot be simple cut out or bypassed. The small connector (blue shirt wire) has to be plugged into it’s matching connector, as this goes back to the controller and looks for your pack voltage. If this is not connected the cart will not run. It’s a safety feature that prevents your cart from driving if the charger is plugged in. Hope this helps.

What charger do you have that gives you all that information? Mine is for Ezgo, with just one small light...
