Don't know what's worse. The total lack of any pre-emptive maintenance or care for the brakes or the shocking build quality of lexmoto bikes. My pcx 125 was used all year round and after 3 years and 35k miles it didn't look that bad.
ive got the same bike, lately its been only hitting 20mph full throttle for about 2mins before it operates normally making a grinding sound from the back, its not the brakes, i think its coming from the gearbox, upto 12mph its ok then it grinds upto 20mph with full throttle until it decides to get in gear or whatever is happening.
The enigma is now they can rip off the Yamaha Aerox styling without legal action! Nice work getting it rolling again. But with that caliper being so bad. I think it will need replacing soon. Though it just might last the life of the bike.
That caliper was in a bad way. We managed to resuscitate it for a little while longer but did recommend it be fully overhauled or replaced to the owner.
@@themobilemotorbikemechanic perhaps you would have any ideas as to why my bike won't start? It's a lexmoto diablo 125 I was riding when it suddenly cut out and now it won't start at all. Never had a problem before then. It's got a spark and hear the fuel pump working when turning it over. Any ideas?

You get what you pay for and you pay for what you can afford. We just try our best to fix them and keep them going
Have one of these. Same issue every time. Seized and rusty bolts.
did you sort it? clutch spring clean/cvt belt checked

If it’s making those sorts of noises get it checked out quickly and do not ride it!!

You have to take the front cowl off to get to the back of the headlight and then you can change the bulb

Have got one of these. You need strip the calipers every 6 months. They are garbage

Bet there’s plenty of mechanics that would not touch Chinese bikes and parts after a few of those experiences!!!
