I have a Growatt SPF3000 LVM-ES with 2kw of solar. My ' 22 Leaf 62 averages 3.7 miles/kw and I managed to add 12kw today on a sunny day. Thanks for the inspiration!

do you charge batteries when your car isn't home and the sun is shining? $1.5k for a 5kwh LFP battery buffer.
Looking forward to the split phase level 2 charging!

I sometimes charge at public chargers, and sometimes at home from grid. About 75% of the time I charge at home with solar.

@@ReelClearMediaLLC So when you unplug from your home solar, are you just letting your panels sit idle or are they dumping into a battery or powering other loads?

@@ericchang7706 Sadly, after the house batteries charge (early morning) the solar panels just idle... One of the nice things about charging my car is it makes a great place to dump power during the day. I also run air conditioners during the day.
