We should not co0nsider his "trauma" or "illness". Put him UNDER the jail and forget he ever existed. Lock her up with him as far as I'm concerned.
What's going on with the back of this dude's head? I can't stop staring.
Hes trying ssooo hard to act like he doesn't care lol Bye Bye tough guy 👋🏻
Yeh, he thinks it's all cool and now he has some street cred....lol....he's a f'ing coward and pos.
So what? You would cry if it were you?
@@arkkrogue3870 ummm...yes
@@rogcat7181 well that's a sure way to get your booty hole took once you get in general pop
@@arkkrogue3870his hole is destined to be a glory hole wherever he goes. The genius held up the trial and now every inmate across the US knows who he is. He will be forced into PC where his weak mind will get the best of him. He flipped them off with his beard gesture but they got the last laugh. No death penalty, he will suffer every day with no end in sight.
I always thought he should have got the Death penalty
Not death penalty eligible for some strange reason
@@lonewolf4827it’s because they claimed mental illness.
Jury definitely got it right on this one.
This is a joke, because that guy was talking to the judge couple years so intelligent but now he is delay
Bc there's no death penalty for people deemed mentally ill. He is playing the system, and they are so sick of seeing him they are willing to take 3 consecutive life without paroles. They also know how people treat child murderers.
No Chance for any Parole, those killings were so gruesome and traumatic for everyone 😪😪
They need a new sound system
Amen to that!! I couldn’t hear sheet!
If it's true that this man's mental health is compromised and that's why the death penalty was taken off the table, wouldn't life in prison be worse at the hands of other inmates?
He will love it in there with his type of people
Kentucky don’t got the death penalty
It won't matter, an inmate will get to him anyway.
Sure hope so, most likely got death penalty just not the legal way!
Were his mental health issues identified in trial? I missed hearing what he was diagnosed with to be spared death sentence
❤ it was a long time coming but it's the right verdict.
Even if granted parole, he must serve 83 years before eligibility. Parole is a moot point quite frankly.
You'd be surprised how many get early parole. The family would have to keep an eye on this guy.
@@SoulSearch11110 there is no early parole on a life sentence per Kentucky law. Each state is different. The federal system doesn’t give anybody early release.
Why you got sentencing in the heading, then verdict when you click on the video????
Check out the plate in the back of his skull.
That's called a band aid my guy
Judge, your rapid fire keying on the board gets annoying, please mute that mic
He didn’t show any compassion during the whole trial. I’m pretty sure that played a big part in sentencing.
I'm going to need counsel after watching this 🤦♂️ 😢😢😢
I love that he got the full sentence. He has no respect or remorse. Amazed he stayed quiet and actually shook his attorneys hands though. He's still so arrogant with his posturing, but his playing with his pube beard is a self soothing thing.
Prosecuter might want to look into a lapel microphone ?
The woman public defender was wearing a man's tie.
That alone deserves a maxed-out sentence.
most mental institutions are closed it’s so sad that prisons have to be the new mental institutions now they have to be equipped to take care of the mentally ill
OMG now the court has to sentence!!! WHAT!! Kentucky is really strange!!! So now he goes back to jail for the next 3 1/2 mos...then another sentencing hearing - then what???
Then it's the final phase. The mode of transportation to be used for the trip to the jail. It shouldn't take any more than a few days.
@@TheGdav0202 I vote catapult!
@@TheGdav0202 I think a few people might take your comment at face value. Is it true they decide on the make of vehicle? Whether it'll be a Ford, a Dodge, or even an Oldsmobile.
I feel like if you’re sane enough to take a life, you’re sane enough to stand trial and sentencing and the death penalty. It’s to late to seek help at the cost of these babies lives. I would be terrified of him, if I worked in the jail where he was locked up, I would be scared to take him his tray, take him to medical, anything. He is intimidating!
A complete monster
What’s up with the bandage on the back of his head?
It’s a patch to keep his Brain from oozing out.
Probably an offensive tattoo needing to be covered.
Folliculitis Go back and watch the experts again they said it in their nonsense lol
Bryce more dangerous than brooks
All these specialists mean nothing if such cases. They are simply presenting general principles. Like any of these excuses murder! Give me a break.
They seldom meet the defendant and just trot out the same old stuff about the undeveloped brain each time they testify, and make a lot of money doing so.
Goodbye, bud. Have fun in the stoney lonesome!
Was it ever discovered that Brice was under the influence of drugs when he committed these crimes? I still think he deserves the death penalty. Just generally curious.
How they expect him to serve three consecutive life sentences 😅
@Scott he will just have to do his best.😂
😂😂😂
Consecutive years. That's super life without parole. 😂
He agreed with everything she said😂😂 ok but he still going to prison for life
He Is Guilty,& Deserve Life For All #3 Murders He Committed. I Feel He Made Those Minor Children Help Him So That He Will Not Be Charged Alone!!!!!SMH.
How long did the jury deliberate?
A little over 3 hours.
When will they pass down the sentence for Rhodes?
How you gonna be smug with herpes on your head?😂
This dude is a menace sheeesh
Does anyone know why Marie Wren (Larry & Maurice's mother) didn't make an impact statement?
3 life sentences consecutively.. meaning even in your next lives you're done my dude.. doesnt get any better.
A life sentence is 20-25 years.
Its not a crime to smile 😂😂😂.
So using his mental stuff won’t change in jail ! Like he would ever be safe from a man like that
The death penalty why waste tax dollars on the devil
I mean no disrespect to this Physiatrist but he's saying 70% of people with that diagnosis hears voices telling them to hurt someone is ridiculous. Everything I've read to date only 2% will actually commit a violent act or murder & it's usually a family member. I don't know where he gets his information from. I don't believe this guy is anything but evil & he'd hang around young teens @ his age should have been a huge red flag to anyone who knew! How sad 3 peoples life taken away bc he chose to shoot the guy who wasn't who he thought he was & to kill those young brothers bc they happen to tell their Mother is so sad if they did tell their Mother. We don't need this violent offender living amongst us anymore than we need pedophiles who have offended after serving time in prison & then let out only to give into their deprived mind @ some point & then we have another victim. We have to stop making up excuses for people who don't want the help if it was offered to them on a silver platter! I worry about his young a accomplices after helping him carry this horrendous act out on these young brothers. Are they now morevlikely to hurt someone after this? It's a shame they we're allowed to go anywhere with this guy let alone befriend him.😢💔 Ontario, 🇨🇦
The psychiatrist was talking out of his backside. Instances of mentally ill people attacking others are very rare.
@@geoffpoole483 Thank- you, that's what I had said & was shocked when he came out with his ridiculous claim of 70%! He definitely was pulling it out from somewhere & not the the Medical literature! I loved you're comment! Take Care! Ontario, 🇨🇦 🐾
He won’t need that suit until his funeral.
It’s fascinating to see him literally fall apart during the sentencing. Tics and nervous repetitive rocking. I made me recall the computer at the end of Wargames flipping through scenarios faster and faster only to conclude there is literally no way to win.
Some people just deserve and supposed to be in prison for the rest of their entire life. And this dude is one of those ppl.. rest easy the two kids and the innocent young man.....
GREAT JOB 👏
Has anyone figured out what disease this man has on the back of his head is?
His fellow inmates should not go near. Looks contagious.

Brice was given a more than fair trail. This took over six years to bring justice.I would not give this guy anything other than death. This is due to the fact that he has proven his level of maliciousness.
When someone complains about how bad their life is just look at this guy and it’ll look a whole lot better. You could be him right now 😮
Terrible comparison. Allot of us aren't evil monsters like that thing on trial

I have 9 risk factors 😬
I couldn’t hurt another person. Seems like a bunch of excuses. No reasons. There isn’t a reason.
Me and Marine Corps buddy where just taking about that he was a 9 and I was a 7. I have never been arrested and I am 45 years old. We both go to church and help out in multiple ways in are local communities.
Its funny how the people that had nothing to do with the case know so much about the case i never understand that.
This all comes down to him & his brother being separated as kids he burned hugging each other almost like he felt he was doing them a favor keeping them together for eternity
