you know he is going to start his shannigans again and it bet it will be delayed like he delayed this trial for 7 years i am surprised that she did not just do the sentencing today like most of the case where the jury decided the punishment. Why does this state not do the same. It makes no sense to me maybe a day later or a week but 3 months with his track record i dont put anything past him and his defense. that gives them plenty of time to come up with more crap @@mynameiseve.1

When he heard that I noticed his body language changed. He was hoping for concurrent so if he appealed and won it would lessen everything altogether but the Jury was smart enough to recommend Consecutive

Just have the judge decide from the beginning and no need for sentencing phase for jurors shows me the judge doesn't agree with jury decisions. Almost ALL trials that let the jury decides the judges honor that. Her courtroom seems unorganized and his he was not immediately hand cuffed and taken out asap and letting him stay in courtroom swinging in his chair making hand jesture shaking hands with his team who lost and all other kinds of behavior and looking at members in gallery and smirking and all that LOL. Just my opinion but what if judge overturns it after speaking with jurors today. The cases we see on this channel are the worst of the worst. Sometimes an individual makes a mistake (I'm not talking about this case) and needs a defence attorney to fight their corner. Back to this case; having a mental illness does NOT mean the perpetrator was unaware of his actions. Every time a psychologist testifies for the defence they spew out the "undeveloped brain" argument. Well, there are millions upon millions of people in their early 20s who are holding down responsible jobs and performing valuable roles. This defendant is a very dangerous individual who should not see the light of day.

Also, never have I thought of violence against another. The defense always throw a psych dr to try to get the “poor sad story “ of his past. He’s an adult who made crappy disgusting decisions! Period. Pathetic attempt and also these psychologists learn to do this for a big pay day every time. All I hear from him is blah, blah, blah. 😡 psychologist should be ashamed of himself as he said he only works for the defense teams. All BS.

The fact of the matter is in whatever prison he's in he is going to wish he had that penalty. 3 consecutive life sentences living in PC is worse than waiting on execution. Sometimes, jail cells have been known to pop open and inmates get to take matters in their own hands. Maybe the judge and attorneys know this and are willing to play along bc at the end of the day they were the ones who gave him the ultimate finger.

Your last sentence is grossly incorrect. The mentally insane do not know right from wrong. In fact, to be determined insane during an act, it has to be found that one did not know that the act was wrong at the time it was committed. You, however, know right from wrong. And that means you are not mentally insane.

I don't believe this guy is anything but evil & he'd hang around young teens @ his age should have been a huge red flag to anyone who knew! How sad 3 peoples life taken away bc he chose to shoot the guy who wasn't who he thought he was & to kill those young brothers bc they happen to tell their Mother is so sad if they did tell their Mother. We don't need this violent offender living amongst us anymore than we need pedophiles who have offended after serving time in prison & then let out only to give into their deprived mind @ some point & then we have another victim. We have to stop making up excuses for people who don't want the help if it was offered to them on a silver platter! I worry about his young a accomplices after helping him carry this horrendous act out on these young brothers. Are they now morevlikely to hurt someone after this?
