      @theresamorrison2638 , it is a waste of time. They've already established that he was given a deal from drug trafficking charges. This trial is about what Adam did and what she's trying to do, everyone sees through. Her condescending tone is not gonna help her cause. The jury has to like you, has to trust you. It's easy to see what she's trying to do and it's not affective. She's trying to say he's lying so he can get off and/or reduced charges. The jury is not gonna appreciate her tactics because a child has been murdered by her father, allegedly. They are not gonna care about his drug trafficking from years ago.

    I think both Kayla and Adam should both spend the rest of their lives in prison! They both were there when the abuse was going on. I think it was Adam that did the beating. But Kayla did absolutely nothing to help her. And she could’ve told anyone. She could’ve gotten Harmony out of there! I almost wonder if her murder wasn’t premeditated along time ago for these losers to get their hands on her food stamps and child support money, so they could waste it on drugs! They both should rot in prison forever. Along with child welfare that didn’t follow up like they should have!!!

Including but not limited to offering their children to their partner for sex, to get drugs, assist in abuse… I have seen everything in my years as an investigator. No question Kayla was at least complicit in Harmony’s death. She loved Adam but did not love herself. She was also an emotional prisoner and both of them were heavy drug users. Kayla… got the deal. @The_True_Boo_Radley 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you’re speaking about Anthony Bodero, it goes towards his credibility. I’m not sure why the prosecution put him on. He directly contradicted some of Kayla’s testimony, admitted to lying before, & seemed less than honest about some recent drug charges. The prosecution didn’t ask him if he saw bruises on Harmony or evidence of abuse committed by Adam. They didn’t even ask him about his observations about how Adam treated Harmony or if Adam was acting strange during their stay in the parking lot of Colonial Village. He denied even knowing that they were there except for the two days they were in his Audi.
      I honestly don’t know what the hell the prosecution is doing. As a resident of New Hampshire I know most of us believe Adam is guilty & we’ve felt that way for years. But that prejudice is **not** supposed to inform the jury’s decision. If we are going just on what the state has presented then - so far - I don’t think they’ve met their burden.

    • @theresamorrison2638
      @theresamorrison2638 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

       Omg thank God you're not in the jury. The point was Adam was driving for him for drugs even in November and December and he's lying about saying he didn't sell them drugs around then, lying he only saw Harmony 2 x, and lying he didn't know they were living in the Sebring for 10 days in the parking lot of his apt. Remember when she asked about him giving them Thanksgiving dinner, and his lie that it wasn't the day after Thanksgiving, it was 10 days later when they were in his Audi for 10 days!? That was another way she proved his lies. Who would give leftovers 10 days after? Nothing any attorney says, asks or does is a waste of time / not for a reason. You have to think about it that way.

    There is a story called "Inspector Calls", I studied at school, I am reminded everyone has a part to play towards her death.

      @@jocelyndauvernay8210yes. And it’s not just that he was a felon. He had spent about 40 hours with her during her entire life and all were short supervised visits. Even during that visits there were concerns that Adam had “unrealistic expectations” of Harmony. The mom was in another court at the time and couldn’t be there for the hearing and they went forward anyway and the judge gave Adam full custody. Judge didn’t even require an inspection of Adam’s home, confirmation of his sobriety, or any type of transition plan (all of which are standard in a situation like this). It was completely outrageous but he won’t be held responsible as he retired.

Just my grandad kinda scared us when younger, he would grunt answers! All his brothers were so kind. I don’t see many men that height anymore. Was weird because my great grandmother, all their Mom, was 5’6”, but her hubby was 6’8”.
