how i deal with loneliness | my take and how to cope

intersting that i was chatting to a fellow muso mate who shared that he went thru times where he was a bit isolated growing up and that forced him in a way to develop his creativity. i thimk the same was for me plus as a kid i had bad athsma which also helped me develop my imagination and art because I spent a lot of time alone
