    Does anybody else think they could have planned a Scream type murder for their own excitement? They were in a city that was like a university campus, it was halloween and people walked around dressing freaky costumes, they could have entered the house wearing a mask and could have assaulted Meredith with a knife they brought from Sollecito's house.
    Amanda hated Meredith according to the other roomates accounts.

    If the scientists professional opinion is that Rudy Guede is the sole perpetrator, that's the end of it. She should have been acquitted right at that very moment.

    • @katesleuth1156
      @katesleuth1156 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Jackson D. Begley Absolutely false. The substantial DNA evidence, which was only 1/4 of the total evidence was enough to convict Knox 2x.
      Amanda Knox & Raffaele Sollecito murdered Meredith. Rudy Guede was an accomplice.
      Rudy is the only 1 in jail. He didn’t have 4 expensive lawyers like Knox. He also did not have 2 PR groups, 1 of them costing a million $. He also did not have the US State Department that coerced Italy into acquitting.

      @@alabama.worley why then was none of her DNA in Meredith's room when Rudy's was found everywhere? This was prosecutorial misconduct hands down. • @alabama.worley
      @alabama.worley 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@coryhebert2070 You are merely reciting the Knox PR handbook verbatim, all of which I've seen for years. Knox is a prolific liar who has successfully manipulated the non-Italian speaking American public into believing whatever she says. She has lied incessantly since November 2nd 2007, to the extent that it would require an entire book to adequately detail them all. For starters, she was not told that she definitively was HIV positive. Her diary entries contradicting this later lie are readily available online, and can be found with a simple Google search. She was told that it was likely a false positive due to her having Herpes, and "not to worry", as it "could be a mistake". However, staying true to form, Knox manipulated this completely benign event into an elaborate excuse for sympathy.

    • @lisettegarcia7013
      @lisettegarcia7013 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It can happen to most innocent people when they are being interrogated; just like Brooke Skylar Richardson who buried her stillborn baby in her backyard. She didn't had a plan on what to do if the baby came healthy because she hid the information from her parents, she took birth control pills while she was 10 weeks away of giving birth, and the detectives were suggesting false info to her like "Maybe you burned the baby, heard a gurgle, etc." Her mom even pressured her to have a "perfect" life with the family, and the pregnancy just ruined it for them in the mom's book.
      So this proves that most detectives or police officers are corrupted.

      @@alabama.worley jeez she was a young immature student, believing she was in paradise with heir new boyfriend, and appeared in a sudden incredibly rough situation. You might call her behavior weird, but in context it really isn't. You really have no actual evidence to back up your claim that Amanda had something to do with the murder of Meredith Kercher. There is NO evidence. Rudy was a well known drugdealer, broke into many buildings, he broke into a nursery home to steal a week before the murder, he knew the people at Via Della Pergola at the lower floor, he had broke in unexpectedly before in that house, he left the cub at 4:30, problaby drugged out of his mind, raped and killed meredith shortly after, either by breaking in or with a misleading visit. then he fled to Germany. If the police did their job better, he would have been in jail sooner and none of this would have happened. all the lies of Amanda are explainable, but even if you find them weird, they're NOT evidence. There is NO evidence.

      @@frankucollection9364 There was substantial evidence implicating them; luminol-revealed traces found in the hallway, in Knox’ bedroom, and in Filomena's bedroom where the staged burglary took place, as well as Sollecito’s fingerprints on Kercher’s bedroom door, and on the inside face of Laura's door. Five Luminol-revealed footprints were found in the hallway and in Knox’ bedroom. One was compatible with Sollecito’s right foot, and two were compatible with Knox’ right foot. The electropherogram peaks in most of the mixed Knox/Kercher samples were equally high, within a range consistent with blood and/or where blood was confirmed to have been, and in some samples Knox' peaks were exceedingly higher than Meredith's. Applying basic logic to the above evidence leads to only one conclusion - Knox and Meredith were bleeding at the same time.
      However, Knox testified that there was no blood anywhere in the cottage/bathroom on November 1st, so by her own admission her blood is dated sometime between the evening of November 1st and the morning of November 2nd. Moreover, Knox was the sole individual with a direct relationship to the victim and crime scene, which would have made her the prime suspect by default, coupled by the overwhelming statistics of staged crime scenes, which offender's perform in order to conceal their identity/relationship to the victim. You fail to account for Knox' Calunnia conviction, of which she's still a felon to this day as a result of. She accused an innocent man of rape and murder, all in just over an hour, after being informed that Rafaelle pulled her alibi. Furthermore, Sollecito refuted the knife evidence by claiming Meredith had cut herself with his knife while cooking at his home although she'd never been there, along with never having confirmed Knox' alibi that she was with him the entire night. Again, the evidence in its totality is overwhelming, hence the two guilty convictions.
      The above are the lesser known facts and information. The list goes on and on.
