Does anybody else think they could have planned a Scream type murder for their own excitement? They were in a city that was like a university campus, it was halloween and people walked around dressing freaky costumes, they could have entered the house wearing a mask and could have assaulted Meredith with a knife they brought from Sollecito's house. Amanda hated Meredith according to the other roomates accounts.

She didn't had a plan on what to do if the baby came healthy because she hid the information from her parents, she took birth control pills while she was 10 weeks away of giving birth, and the detectives were suggesting false info to her like "Maybe you burned the baby, heard a gurgle, etc." Her mom even pressured her to have a "perfect" life with the family, and the pregnancy just ruined it for them in the mom's book. So this proves that most detectives or police officers are corrupted.
