I’d recommend getting 6 bowls for the 5 puppies to try to work on any likely food aggression issues in the future. You’re doing a good thing. ❤
They should be fed frequent small meals for a while or they’ll get sick. Of course, they’ve threw up immediately! lol
Separating them while feeding may also be a good idea.
Actually if they don’t get used to eating from the same bowl at a young age they can get more food aggressive if another dog suddenly east from their bowl when they’re older.
They should all eat besides each other at least
It’s best to feed them together not separate
They will have to learn to coexist with one another
Each one of them having their own bowl will teach them that it’s okay to be good aggressive
Small meals offered often and separated helps put on healthy weight safely. Just a tip from one rescue parent to another. Thank you for fostering these little sweeties. You’re an angel for sure.
The way they jumped on that food was so heartbreaking. Geez. Hope they don't throw up from eating so fast. Also hope they don't get food aggression because of all this trauma. Poor things 😞 Thank you for taking them in❤ Can't wait to see them grow and progress!
I am worried about food aggression as well. It's hard to find homes for dogs with food aggression.
I hope they don’t throw up either because they need that food in their bellies! Food aggression is a serious thing because the dog will think you are trying to take their food away ☹️
i think the food aggression things will resolve since theyre still so young hopefully
Food aggression can be fixed 💕💗 my youngest cat is 100% better than when I got him!
@@YourBlowMind that’s good that food aggression can be fixed. It sounds like it’s not easy and probably takes time, but it will be worth it when that animal finds a loving home
You know it's going to be a good time when joey rescues more puppies( Thanks to everyone who liked this. I was just excited to watch a video, and so may people liked this!!!!!!
something to look forward to yk 😂
It’s so sad to see these puppies fight for food so much, you can tell they were starving in their such short lives :(
Yep and they were abused and neglected so it’s understandable why the 3 bigger pups were shaking! It’s so sad just seeing these rescues trembling with fear and I wish that I could adopt one of Joeys rescue but unfortunately my dog will end up becoming jealous
Hope this helps with any puppy supplies girlie! You have a heart of gold 💛
OMG you are so sweet thank you!
@@JoeyGraceffaVlogs Thank you for taking these pups in and being the most amazing person! ❤
You are the best!!!
you’re helping him make a difference !!! thank you so much as well
The bigger puppy looks like he needs to be fed separately for awhile. He seems to overpower the bunch. What a great heart you have to take care of all of these puppies. ❤️
Absolutely, the black one is definitely of a bigger breed eating more
Thank you for rescuing the puppies. You are saving so many lives ❤
❤
❤

❤
Poor puppies! At least they're in good hands now
omg watching them eat made me cry how could someone do that !!!!! im so glad you were able to foster them joey
I have never seen a bunch of puppies more worthy of Harry Potter themed names than these cuties! Dobby (for the dobby eared one), Fang for the big beautiful black one, Scabbers for the mouse-like one, Pixie for the littlest one and Hedwig for the other one 👍🏻
poor babies 🥺 Thank you for being such a good foster dad to these babies & saving them. You’re such a beautiful soul Joey 💖
That is heartbreaking but your so caring and patient with them.
“We’re going to show you what love is” broke my heart so thankful for people like you Joey who can rescue these babies and change their life outlook 😢❤
You are such a wonderful person , I don't and will never understand how humans can treat any animal badly . Breaks my heart.
I love that Joey is truly a dedicated foster, cleaning all the poop and bathing puppies and making sure they get healthy, rather than just the fun parts like cuddling puppies.
The first time you fed them was so sad! You are a doggy superhero!!! 🫶🥰☀️
You're so sweet to help these puppies. I'm worried about their food responses... They're so likely to be food aggressive. Please consider getting each one their own bowl, and have it be a slow feeding bowl. Like with puzzles inside so they can't inhale the food. If they each have their own bowls, you can make sure the tiny ones get their share. Such a tough situation. Good luck!
There was literally vomit & diarrhea in the puppy crate- and I think it’s from them eating the food too fast- ☹️
@@insomniatic_vlogs I think diarrhoea because they aren’t used to normal food probably. That can happen when dogs eat new food or dog food for the first time
def gotta have solo eating sessions for sure
@@Uchiha.Itachii it's a bit of everything. I know joey means well but he could have killed these puppies. It's called refeeding syndrome, eating too much food after being starved can cause the body to shut down, plus they ate so fast that could cause their stomachs to twist around which is also deadly. Also these puppies are barely 8 weeks old, I think some are younger than that, they should not be on dry food like that, and I'm not sure if it's even tailored for puppies, he should have given them a bowl each, and weighed out a small portion of food that is a mixture of wet puppy food and puppy formula to get their system started, and he is encouraging food aggression by making them compete for the food. They don't know the food is coming back, they've just been neglected, and probably had to fight for food the same way hence why they were shoving each other and growling, and inhaling it far too fast. I'm really surprised joey doesn't know any of this. One day he could inadvertently cause a puppy to die if he doesn't actually do any research on conditions like this or even have the supplies ready for puppies younger than 8 weeks, he should have puppy food and formula at rhe very least, I mean why take on puppies you can't provide for?
Def think the food needs to be softened with water or broth
my heart breaks for this puppies, the way the launch at the food
you make my heart smile Joey such a caring earth angel x
thank you from the bottom of my heart from all dog lovers .. my
heart breaking too
I’d definitely recommend feeding them all in separated💜
That way you can avoid any aggression and make sure each puppy is eating enough❤
Oh my gosh, I’m so thankful that he rescued the puppies. Thank you for being such a good person and our world we should have more people like you.
I totally understand how hard it is seeing puppies in this condition. I just had to call AC on my crappy neighbor. His puppies and dogs were all starving. No doghouses. No nothing. And they still let the creep keep 1 husky that you can see its ribs thru its fur. I hate him so much. I hate humans. Except you Joey, youre a beautiful soul! Thank you.
Oh my, seeing those little babies all piled up in the back of the crate when you went to feed them dinner… oh my heart broke and I just cried. I’m so glad you’re able to provide a happy, warm environment. I can’t wait to see these beautiful babies grow. ❤️❤️
"we're gonna show you what love is. it's alright, we'll show you" 😢
The tears stayed in my eyes until they went ham at the food bowl. They were hungry bless their little hearts. So glad they’re in safe hands now
My heart breaks at how tiny they are for their ages
for anyone wondering, here is joey's animal list (in chronological order):

- pregnant mama pug & 7 puppies (2 stillborn); helped her through birth before transferring their care to another foster more experienced with bottle feeding bc it was a difficult litter
- 5 pups from puppy mill
*Montana/Monty (female golden retriever) is often in videos; she is Daniel's (Joey's ex) dog, but often comes to Joey doggy daycare
*the babies are usually adopted by other people (other than Moon) and then renamed! some of them have instagrams and have shared their new names/stories, but I'm not including those here
*I first created this list a long time ago and add to it every time Joey takes in a new animal...because I have it saved I just copy/paste it onto every (I try, but it's more like "most") animal-related video he posts, so no, it actually doesn't take a lot of my time or effort. I just like lists. Thank you to everyone who is giving thanks about the amount of effort though haha!
Thank you for saving these pups!! We’re currently fostering a four month old pup with PRAA. His aorta is wrapped around his esophagus & he’s very underweight. He’s scheduled for surgery this Monday 4/17 to hopefully correct his aorta and solve his issues with eating. Please send good vibes for our little guy 🙏🏻 It’s always so hard to foster sick pups. Thank you for all you do ♥️
Dang boy! Finally! Last I heard you were sick. Now I'm sick. Hunter is getting huge.
God bless you
They hit the jackpot having Joey foster them. Thank you so much for what you do Joey!
They look like they're starving.
These poor, sweet sweet angels... You can tell how scare they are and when they launched to the food the way they did, fighting to get as much as they could, you can tell how little food, if any, they were getting. Ugh, it sickens me that some people can do such things to innocents little babies, that they have been alive for so little, and are already so traumatized... But thanks the universe Joey enters their lives and from now on they'll know nothing but love, nurture, and care. The way you change these little sweeties's fates is so beautiful Joey. You truly are a guardian angel for these babies.
Omgosh this made me so sad to watch, I really hope whoever did this to these poor babies faces charges and goes to jail and is never allowed around another animal, this was brutal to watch. I'm so glad they are home with you finding tenderness and love. 😭😭😭
We need more people like joey
GOD BLESS YOU ❤ JOEY ❤
Those puppies are super HUNGRY.
OMG! I'm crying looking at these starving puppies. Please do your magic Joey. Lots of food and love 😮💨💔
there so cute and shy i feel so bad im going to cry
when they started eating sooo fast it broke my heart 💔
They look so sad give them lots of love and good food they will be happy little puppers in no time
I’ve never seen a dog eat like that. I’m actually crying. Thank you for taking care of them Joey. You have a beautiful soul❤
Oh my, this made me cry. I feel so bad for these little pups. To see them in this condition is heartbreaking. Thank you so much for rescuing them and providing a loving and warm environment. They're very fortunate to be under your care. Just give them smaller amounts at a time separately, so they don't get an upset tummy. Slow feeder bowls would be good to use, until they learn to slow down while eating. Softening the food with water may be helpful, too. I'm looking forward to watching them grow and become happy and healthy fur babies. You are a hero! ❤🐾
"I'm gonna show you what love is" So sweet 😭
Those poor pups 😢 You’re amazing for helping ❤
“We’re gonna show you what love is, ok?” 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💙
My sister and I used to spread our puppys' food on the floor to slow them down. I also used to put food in his toy box for him to forage for it.
😢 Heartbreaking! I know that you will work your magic 🙏 x
When they went after the food, heart breaking. Thank you for helping them
Omg this breaks my heart to see such small little puppies. Thank you for going so much god.❤❤❤
The poor pups have had such a bad start to life, but now they are in your hands they will have a much better life. We all know how well you take care of the pups you foster. I’m sure they’ll look like completely different dogs soon enough
Poor babies :((
These babies just need the perfect amount of Joey love and attention ❤
Soooo heartbreaking to see any animal suffer like this. Thank goodness for people like you who offer your home, your time in protecting these sweet babies.
Thank you so much for stepping in to rescue and help these adorable, tiny puppy souls. 😢 You're such a good man, Joey. I love you so much. 🥰 💖 ✨
God bless u joey . This is sooo sad 😭😭😭😭😭
Another video of Joey being a wonderful person
Thank you so much for rescuing and choosing to care for these poor pups, Joey. It breaks my heart to see them in such a horrible condition. The way they ate the food was heartbreaking, as if they weren't going to have another meal. Just eating it as if their very lives depended on it. They are in great hands.
Since they were that skinny. They were not getting fed enough or just no food in general 😞
I had to prepare myself for this video after seeing the thumbnail. Thank you so much for helping Wagmor save these babies.
I am so happy rescue animals I will be doing this when I get older.
Joey is so sweet for doing theese rescues
this made me cry. seeing how fast they were chomping at their food like they didn’t know when their next meal would be. seeing their ribs and bones in their legs. it’s truly so heartbreaking that these puppies have been completely abandoned. i’m so glad wagmore found them when they did otherwise these babies would’ve never made it. thank you so much joey for always taking care of the puppies that need the most love. i hope they recover well and get adopted into amazing and loving families
it just breaks my heart. Thank goddess for Joey's big heart. They're absolutely adorable. Definitely treat the yard. Young puppies are prone to parvo so clean thier paws after being outside. Monitor them. Separate the bigger pups from the two small ones so the small ones have a chance to eat and get nutrients. Bigger dogs will be more dominant and push the smaller ones out to get food and become aggressive. They are starving probably from parasites. Bless thier tiny hearts. I love the small two as they look like my Chihuahua tan and so small. They probably won't get much bigger than a terrier size or jack Russell.
Maybe try feeding them separate bowls so they each get what they need you're such a good human what ever creatures did this to these baby's deserve the worst punishment imaginable fr youre amazing
Also get a giant slow feeder for the puppies. It should slow them down from just going ham on the food and choking.
They wouldn’t have been eating like that if it wasn’t for the fact they were malnourished.
Smaller meals should be given until they can stomach more, so work your way up otherwise they can get sick.
IT IS ADORABLE WHEN YOU RESCUE THEM!!! :(
Hi I'm Melody and I just want to say that I am so thankful for joey being here helping dogs, puppies cats and kittens, I love that no matter what he's been through he keeps helping animals, he is absolutely awesome
It’s so heartbreaking rescuing babies and seeing how hungry they are. Absolutely devastating
This is so sad they look like the person didn’t even care about these sweet little babies 🥺🥺
Joey thank you so much for helping these sweet babies it makes my heart so happy 💜🤍
The puppies know Joey is there to help keep them safe and loved. Joey’s energy is incredible!!!!
This is heartbreaking they are so little and young😢
Joey, you are the best! I literally shed tears watching these poor little ones cower in the crate…😢 I would be very interested in adoption.
it so heartbreaking to see puppies in such bad condition. I am so glad they ended up with you!
You have such a sweet soul ❤ thanks for sharing 🥹 GBY
Oh those babies broke my heart... I know with you caring for them, they will get fat and happy! 💕
Thank you for rescuing and fostering 💗💗
They can’t all have one bowl please. There’s already signs of resource guarding… The ones that are eating faster need resource guarding prevention work before they are adopted out. I’m sure wagmore works with someone who can tell you what to do. I am a certified dog behaviorist FWIW
you called the last little puppy “soul” when you were taking them out of the crate in your yard… I think that’s such a beautiful name!
This really made me cry. I’m so grateful there are people like you around. You are heaven sent. Thank you for having such a big heart.
Want to shed tears seeing the poor predicament!!! Poor Chiwawa reminds me of those poor refugees in China😢😢😢
When they started to eat their food like that's how You know that whenever they did get food. It was a fight and it didn't come often.
I wanna cry poor babies. Hard life already hopefully they don't get food aggressive. Poor babies thank you so much for all you do
The way they ate made me wanna cry 😢
dear joey thank you for saving these poor 5 puppies this video really breaks my heart when i saw these 5 puppies i hope they get better and have new family's that will love them and care for them and protect them god bless you joey for everything that you do for these 5 puppies
Hunter is soooo beautiful!!!! Thank you Joey for saving those precious little lives ☺️❤️
Lucky pups - I know they will turn into beautiful, loving, dogs with Joey as their foster parent!
Poor babies so heartbreaking and sad thanks for taking caring and frosting all kinds of animals and giving them good homes ❤😢❤
Joey there is a strength in you that serves you well. Thank you for all you do with these rescues. And all the goodbyes.
oh those poor sweet lil puppies... we have fostered for a rescue up here in Alaska for just over a decade and some of the dogs coming in can just break your heart.. a decent chunk of them up here come into Anchorage rescues from the remote villages where they don't have vets and they will often have old injuries, or they've been malnourished from living on the streets, even had a few bait dogs come in... (we even occasionally get a few small breeds up from California..) I would honestly suggest a slow/puzzle feeder for them if you don't have one already.. it will slow the gorge down and they won't get as sick from over eating while they get use to regular and consistent meals.. really hope they all get healthy and become happy lil puppies soon
You’re such a life saver joey❤ thank you.
I cried so hard , Joey you are a saint for helping these sweet little babies
This had me in tears! I’m so incredibly glad to see you taking care of these poor babies and can’t wait to follow the journey! I can’t believe they even closed the cage by themselves! 😰🐶🙏💔
Our rescue pup was the same with food but after realising it would always be there and she didn't need to eat every bit every time, now her food is down all the time, dry food, so she can have what she wants and when and she will let the cat sniff it too. Huge respect for all you do fir these poor dogs X
There should be more people like you.
Poor puppy 😢
Hey Joey you probably won’t respond but keep using the round bowl and like 4-5 small meals a day so they don’t get sick and touch them as much as possible and talk to them while eating or they will get very possessive (something I wishhh someone did with my dog and dogs at the shelter i volunteer at)
Also canned pumpkin helps with the diarrhea
Keep the puppy's food bowl full at all times, feed soft food Individually so they all can get enough especially the two littlest ones They're fighting for food so they need their own separate space to eat for now
Joey, I hope this finds you well when it comes to dogs being that skinny you want to feed them several small meals a day because you don’t want them to rapidly gain weight. I suggest feeding them in separate bowls so they don’t feel like they’re competing for food.
They were destined to be in your care Joey. I'm so glad. They were in a horrible past but their future is now brighter because of you. Thank you
