Salt doesn’t balance the sweetness in ice cream, what salt does is reduce your chance from having the RUNS to the bathroom
I've been using the whipping cream/condensed milk/vanilla extract ice cream recipe for a while. I've done a lot of flavors from vanilla to sea salt brownie (colored blue because I was posting the picture on Instagram and was hoping to get likes from the Kingdom Hearts crowd). I even did a chocolate chip cookie dough where the cookie dough was pulverized and made the entire ice cream taste like cookie dough, not just vanilla ice cream with cookie dough bits in it.

No food coloring! Use what is available in Jamaica. Mango, Naseberry, Sugar Apple. Any fruit will do. 🇯🇲 🇨🇦💞
True, but I use food coloring in ice cream if I want green mint chocolate chip or red strawberry ice cream. You just have to balance it out with actually strawberries or mint chocolate chips. If the big companies can do it, the little guy can do.
