Not trying to pick a side here, but I don't understand why the 4 just didn't do a bump and run at the 9 when supposedly the 9 "slowed him down". Just get him out of the way if you really wanted that win. But the 4 was afraid and the 9 got to him and ultimately helped his teammate the 5 to get past the 4 and win.

While he was 2nd he took out the leader Chase who would have won if it wasn’t for him and ended up finishing 2 laps down, then while still in 2nd he again tried to wreck the new leader 2 laps from the end and end his night too. The only time I've seen it come into play was when Bowyer deliberately spun to effect the points standings which put one of his teammates ahead of Gordon in points. The only action taken was Gordon was added to the Chase also.

Elliott had a golden chance to hook Harvick into the inside wall off turn 2 and destroy his car. Instead, he just sideswiped him as he went by, then messed with his air. Harvick still finished second. People complaining Chase should be penalized should think about that. Teammates affect the outcome of every race. They let each other in line on restarts, draft together at the restricted tracks, etc. Unless they intentionally cause a caution flag or wreck a rival driver, NASCAR should not open that never-ending can of worms.

The cadence of the command is so important as well. "DRIVERRRS. START. YOUR. ENGIIIIIIINES!!" A lot of people mess that up. She did great!

@@jackfrost3254 Chase cut his own tire himself by bumping Harvick first then Harvick rubbed his left side and his tire got cut in the process. Sounds like you and a lot of others want to make out Harvick to be the bad guy here. Watch a little closer to what is happening on the track and stop blaming everything on Harvick. Pay attention to what, who and where things are happening and you may...just may see what everyone else sees. Have yourself a great day!

Elliott had a golden chance to hook Harvick into the inside wall off turn 2 and destroy his car. Instead, he just sideswiped him as he went by, then messed with his air. Harvick still finished second. People complaining Chase should be penalized should think about that. Teammates affect the outcome of every race. They let each other in line on restarts, draft together at the restricted tracks, etc. Unless they intentionally cause a caution flag or wreck a rival driver, NASCAR should not open that never-ending can of worms.
I'm a Harvick fan yea I was upset but hey it was great seeing action like that out there

That's ridiculous! Harvick could have easily driven around Elliot if he really wanted to. If you're gonna penalize Eliiot then you have to penalize Harvick as well.

@@1991timoteo did we watch the same video? Was Elliott suppose to ride the wall like Lightning McQueen? Harvick had the most track surface available it is on him to stay off the car against the wall. I don't dislike Harvick at all but he had what's coming to him after he cut down Chase's tire. Harvick pushed too hard trying to get off the corner and came up into Elliott. Pretty simple and straightforward if you asked me.
