@@fernandoquintana3675 you could be right! This reminds me a boss fight from an old flashgame called “Intrusion 2” somehow. Even if the boss was a cyborg girl, she wielded a big weapon with multiple fire mods (laser, rocket launcher, mortar, etc.) which she also used as a propelled speeder too!

the cool thing is this design feels kind of derivative of Powder and Vi, her big sis and her younger self... except it doesn't hinge on those. it is its own thing. She looks more mature here. Less childish. It's one of the few times I don't feel apologetic to say she looks kind of hot

Jinx's S1 design was like that (all black, long braids) because she was literally wearing her issues. Black is the color of mourning, of death: Powder probably never even had the chance to mourn Claggor, Mylo, Vander and Vi (who she used to think was dead), so Jinx is in this eternal mourning state in which she's haunted by her lost ones. It symbolizes death, which is what she (thinks she) brings to the table. Braids in the style Jinx has are usually associated with youth: they're a kid's hairstyle. In Jinx's design, it exposes what she is. Since the day she lost everything, she's been stuck, always holding the self-deprecating mindset of Powder that she wants so desperately to evolve from: she's "the weak one", always trying to prove she can hold her own. On top of it, she acts childishly, making even murder and arson equal to child play. Her personality never got to grow. Childishness and trauma: those were things that made her unique, but made her worse. They held her back from evolving properly and constantly hurt her mental state and emotions. I feel like Jinx's new look is heavily inspired by Vi's emo pit fighter look cuz she got the same kind of high waisted pants and cropped top besides the side shave

That’s not Caitlyn from the beginning that’s Caitlyn from the end in the same battle w jinx. Her scar heels if u look at the frame of her looking up at something w a dead or injured enforcer next to her + the frame of her shooting the high tech gun
Curiosities Surely Mel's mother cut her hair and it ended up crooked, Vi surely cut it better, secondly she has bandages on her... parts because in the fight with Vi one of them escaped ;>

Clouds were for VI’s smoke bengal, so makes sense she covered them up.
