Thank you for the kind words! Wiszniewski Yachts is indeed a very impressive company with over 35 years of experience, and the W43 is a testament to their expertise.
For a company that has 35 years experience with boats, I heard quite a bit of “they will make changes to improve this or that going forward”. If it isn’t ready, don’t roll it out. It is a lovely boat however, and a great video.
It has a lovely hull. My favorite part is that birth/loveseat! The magnetic plates, glasses, and Farris metal inset table are interesting improvements.
Every person in the world deserves someone who admires them as much as Alex admires Wiszniewski. But they need to change the brand name though. Elite boat but named as if someone spilled the Scrabble tiles.
Bearing the founder's name as a stamp of approval speaks volumes about the pride and craftsmanship behind the W43. Alex clearly has the experience to spot truly special boats, and his admiration for Wiszniewski speaks to the uniqueness of this vessel. If you ever get the chance to step onboard a W43, you’ll be amazed too.
As an advertisement for their building boat skills it works. Very Impressive. As a boat? A lot of thought and planning has gone into a sporty day boat. She a prototype so they'll be some twikes to make the boat better. All in all, she a great boat and will find an owner.
Hola.
The W43 is designed with the Florida lifestyle in mind, where open day boats are ideal. That said, it does feature a clever zip system, which can be a great solution for colder climates or extending the season in places like the Northeast and taking advantage of the Webasto heater if spec with one.
As a bloke with a masters degree in linguistics and two decades behind me as a writer and editor, I can confirm that my pronunciation of "dinette" is impeccable. It's "bulwark" that always gets me!
Baffles me how they don't recognise basic problems like you can't see out of or above a windscreen. That's the sort of fundamental flaw which shouldn't even be on the drawing board, let alone from a manufacturer trying to build credibility. Why send it to a show like that! 😭
As an adult piloting the vessel while standing on deck, you have excellent 360-degree visibility. The retractable step is designed for shorter individuals and kids, making it a great feature for teaching them how to pilot the vessel.
Adding a second cabin at this size would compromise the 1 cabin/1 head layout, requiring space to be taken from the main cabin and head. This would sacrifice comfort, which goes against the W43's design philosophy. To achieve the best of both worlds, you'd need to go up in LOA. Otherwise, you end up with a second cabin tucked under a random hatch that would be better utilized as storage.
Interesting you should say that. Having been on the boat and seen a dozen other models at the show of a broadly similar size and spec, it struck me that it was actually a little bit underpriced. Given the calibre of its style, quality and build (not to mention the innate exclusivity of limited annual production), it feels like a boat that could easily adopt the stratospheric pricing structures of a brand like Zeelander. Wiszniewski builds almost every element of the boat in-house (which is very rare even at the top end of the market, where various other brands merely bring in the parts and then assemble the product on site). And yet they have chosen to go with a price that feels more 'off-the-shelf' than 'artisan', which is frankly astonishing. As things stand, not only is this boat very different to anything else out there. It also looks like a bit of a bargain.
@@alexsmith3945 Thank you for such an insightful comment, Alex! You’ve perfectly captured what sets the W43 apart. The in-house craftsmanship, combined with its distinctive design and limited production, really does make it stand out in the market. We're thrilled that you see the value and uniqueness of this model. Your comparison to brands like Zeelander and acknowledgment of the 'artisan' approach means a lot to us!
Comparable vessels in this category are priced at $300k USD or more and still don't match the refined quality of the W43. It's a bargain at this price point, if anything, it's underpriced.
One of the few boats that really brought a smile to my face. Love it. This is a really promising boat.
Very promising indeed, a great day boat for trips out with friends and a couple's overnight boat for weekends away. 👍👍👍
We’re glad you see the versatility and charm of the W43-thanks for the thumbs up! 👍
Wiszniewski is a very impressive company. The W43 is a very impressive boat.

Very interesting indeed. Good to see a quality supplier taking their own products to market ... 🇬🇧
That is a beautiful boat, opulent finishes and styling, it would make a great tender for a super yacht. Great tour Alex thank you.
It would indeed make a fantastic tender for a superyacht. Glad you enjoyed the tour Alex put together!

The W43 prototype Alex toured showcases an incredible level of finish-truly one of the best prototypes you’ll find.

Great review Alex, and what a boat! For a prototype it’s superb and I’d say you nailed it - opulent couples play thing.
Thanks very much. Really enjoyed putting this one together.

You could just call it Monsters Inc….

Interesting boat. I doubt it will ever be sold in the USA sadly if they only intend to build 30 per year. Thanks for the tour.

@@voyagermiami Gracias por la información. Espero que el fabricante ponga un distribuidor en Mallorca ( Islas Baleares). Saludos
Would like to use that hull to make a sedan. No interest in open boats, they're a pain dealing with all the covers.

How many kilometers or miles is the range with this boat?
About 300 depending on how heavy you are on engines and depending on which engine configuration you go with.
Hi, What price range is it?
Starting from $775,000 USD. Fully loaded with options, just under $1M USD.

Tiene mucho parecido al DB 43
A 43’ boat with outboards and then no mid cabin seems ridiculous
It's a dayboat not a cruiser.
How many times can somebody mispronounce “dinette”!!

the interior is 👎. should be two decent cabins

Another overpriced sand bar day boat
Succinct and made me smile 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I have my own secret sand bar here on the South Coast, it’s at……….

I will stick my cat this one looks like a verry over priced day boat
