The inside of the hole in the wall is absolutely cool. It stays a nice even temp and all the rooms have a normal floor, but there is crazy cavern walls everywhere. It just cool to see how someone made a nice home, literally out of a hole in the wall that they made.
This video makes me so very happy!! I lived in Moab for 10 years as a child and my grandparents managed the Prospector Lodge for a couple of those years. I remember playing there behind the registration desk and in the small attached apartment they had. Good memories.
Love your movie history of places adam always awsome to watch you talk about the history of movies and where they were filmed neat thanks for having me along for the ride
I just discovered your channel last week. I am watching them all now and so happy to do so. Its so uplifting. No more news for me. Just the Daily Woo. It a natural antidepressant.
my son lived in moab for 3 years. worked at slick rock campground and mountain biked/hiked all over. My wife and I spent lots of great time in and around moab. Loved it all.
Glad to see you enjoying yourself man! Hopefully i'll get to do more videos exploring and seeing the country, i've only just now uploaded one about a local abandoned whiskey distillery so far lol cant find the time. Thanks for taking the time to make vids!
I visited monument valley when I was 18, my sister lived in New Mexico we went to the grand canyon and on the way we went there, there was no wind, I walked away from the car where my parents and sister were, I have never experienced such silence before or since, the saying the silence was deafening is true it actually made me feel almost sick, it was also hot as hell.
Absolutely Beautiful opening!! I would be running up & down those isles looking at the gems, rocks, & minerals!!! This is right up my alley 👍🏼🤗 awesome video 👏✌🏼👌🏼🤟🏻😎
awesome Adam one of the best westerns ever produced..can watch it over and over...great job..your making up my mind to travel just for that kind of history..thanks
I SHALL 😁👍🏼 I would love to go on all your journeys with you Adam!! So interesting, FUN 🎉and exciting!! Thank you for all your awesomeness and ALL the unique adventures you take us on🥇🏆!!
Very interesting video! I really enjoyed visiting the remains of the movie set in the desert. Charles Bronson is my all-time favorite actor. I can only imagine what the night sky must look like out there!
I went to hole in the rock with my grandparents in 74 or 75 when I was about 11 years old. The way that guy created all that stuff in there was pretty awesome they even had a huge stone bathtub. We also went to that arch when we left there. Funny thing is back in the 70s you could still take pictures, Somewhere I have pictures of the inside that my grandmother took.
I don't think that was Matter either . Maybe tater tot , because he still had some baby teeth and one adult tooth . lol ! That was cute and loved when you fed the animals . Great vlog Adam !!
Woo man I can't believe you found the Once Upon A Time In The West arch!!! I went and put it on my Google Maps the last time I saw the movie to go visit at a later date but as I'm British I think it'll be a while before I make it out there....!! But still, awesome to know it's still there!!!
Dude those kind of rock places and formations just fascinate me. It's stunning. Monument Valley is the pinnacle of Wild West backdrops. Beautiful 🤘🏽😎🤘🏽
"Once Upon a Time in The West" and "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" are the two best westerns ever made and half choose one or the other......................
I really like the Hole N' The Rock place ,very neat . Sergio Leone's film Once Upon A Time In The West is a classic spaghetti western, it's a shame that archway is broken ,might be one of the only set pieces left from that great film ? Thanx for showing it to us Adam. Bob.G.
I was just there last summer! I have to say it was the most beautiful place I have ever been! I went to the rock shop and to his house. So interesting! My profile picture was took at the hotel pool in Moab lol.
