One to realize is that "lots of light" is really not an issue for a place like Dubai. You think of such a thing when you come from England, or other country that doesn't have a lot of sunlight throughout the year.
One of the worst marketable traits for a property in Dubai/Abu Dhabi is saying it has "direct/uninterrupted views of XYZ". They are still at a frenzy building skyscrapers and other random buildings, so there's a big chance that that view becomes interrupted (i.e., blocked).
Probably in the counties around the London area/South-east England. She may have had elocution lessens to smooth out the native accent - of course it’s all presumption
Lovely presenter, but i feel that this houses in Dubai all look the same, to much money for lack of privacy and originality, they all look great tho, but... still the same, maybe i'm watching too many of these now, lol addicted to TLHS
That modern home style has been wildly overdone in luxury homes (and luxury apartments, condos, and really any housing that includes the word "luxury") for the last 20 years. There's only but so many ways to make modern boxes look different.
Though the bigger problems are the inevitable erosion and the collapse of the Emirati economy. If not for all the glitz and glamour, few people would want to live in the UAE.
I didn't realize that the people of Dubai were so tall, that front door is huge.
Crazy size door and ceilings, great tour thanks :)
I love it!! The shadow system is a great idea and the view is priceless
Her presentation is really good. Her voice makes you so intrigued. 😊
Yes i thought that. :)
Handsome house
Wow what a great villa
Finally a house with a door big enough to bring my elephant pet.

Elf on the shelf could kill that wine storage area !
Nice
Very nice
As they say, Selling sand as gold dust
For that price I would have liked a bigger kitchen and swimming pool and a lift in the house to get up to the roon terrace.

Perfect house for warm climate. Looked so cool and inviting.
Wow
Isn’t this villa right next to Le Mer beach? 😊🇦🇪🏖️
It's very nice, but it feels like a luxury office or a showroom. I suppose it's just not to my personal tastes.
Lovely house...but that off centre TV placement in the living room at 2:36 would annoy me so much. 🤣
That door was a turnoff right from the beginning.
Nice design but I do not like Dubai/ emirates…
so
No one cares lol
@@AD-ob5nn Apparently you do
Lol thanks for a pointless opinion
@@Elz4smilehow does me pointing out no one cares if she likes it or not equate to me caring?
What is this? A front door for GIANTS?!
nope hell no, zero privacy for 30 million
Ahhh
@Lwazi. Location location location
Not to mention sterile style and no freedom of speech or religion.
I always feel that Dubai houses feel like luxury hotels not homes.
The minimalist style is very popular with high-end houses.
Please tell me which part of the UK this accent is from. I am a student studying the English language, and I really wish to know more about it.

Where’s JAZ❤
To me, the house is beautiful🤎

For 30 million buy yourself a house in the free world not an autocratic dictatorship
Yup you will still be classed as third class citizen
If you're an Islamic fundamentalist, the United Arab Emirates is a perfect country for you.
Door size is officially ridiculous
$30m is that a typo?! Dubai property = ponzi
Nice (big) house…..
😂
I see what you did there 😅
You guys gotta start doing your tour yourself too much broll we don’t get the lay of the land like when you guys do it
I assume these are additional videos that they wouldn't be able to do otherwise. Extra content for the channel.
Pretty soulles house if you ask me theres no atributes or any type of creation i would never pay 30m for this
Its nice, but if as they say that the sea level is rising due to the ice caps melting etc, all of this will under water in the next 50-100 years time.
It won’t rise there, because the rich live there
If thats the case no bank would ever mortgage it
@jonathanjones691 mortgage isn't going to be more than 30 years.

😧😧
It's a Beautiful Villa but I personally think Slightly Overpriced ❤
