Which is exactly why we still use the Lumix GH5II, with the most professional glass we can acquire, mainly Leica and M.Zuiko Pro. Plus the DMW-XLR for audio, or Zoom H1|H4|H6|H8. Paired with an Atomos Ninja V, we get a larger screen plus SSD recording/ storage. Not to mention a myriad of extremely portable lighting solutions from various manufacturers too many to list… Most importantly, cost is virtually the most economically professional results possible. If we had fallen for all the hype, we would only afford one SONY system instead of three Lumix bodies, and for any one Sony pro lens we were able to purchase any combination of two for our system… 🤔

Im do mostly Video work for a living. I have XT3 and then I bought XT4 and I sold XT4 for one reason only, the screen was pain in the ass when Im using mic, because I couldnt freely open it and rotate because of the 3.5 mic input placement. H2S solved that problem. But Still XT3 ant XT5 screens are better for the video. Specifically for vertical video shooting. I get it, if you are Vloger you need to see you face to talk to the camera, but Im not a vloger.
Pitch is rotation about the lateral axis. If we refer to one's head and it is looking straight ahead, then an adjustment in pitch is the range of motion from looking up to the sky and looking down to the ground. He can "get close to pitch" means his mommy doesn't let him adjust the tripod. His hand gets smacked away everytime he tries. Alternatively, pitch merely refers to the soccer field itself. This terminology was taken from the game of cricket. Do you not know who the monarch of Canada is?
Do you have a personal vendetta with Fujifilm? Did their nice marketing manager, Miss X Trans, not send you a camera? She isn’t like Madeleine of Nikon.
I once worked with a guy who asked us to just put an outline on the teleprompter - not sentences. That worked better, although one has to take into account that he was a seasoned and terrific public speaker. Anyway, that's an idea for the corporate world (they're the folks who need or want teleprompters the most - esp. since they refuse to rehearse). But for video calls? No way bro.
This video revealed how many photographers would comment about the word "pitch" without bothering to see if other photographers has already explained it. Videographers are not Losers and knew better.
We get it; you hate reading. Especially the question you "answered" where the guy asked about putting the video call on the teleprompter, so you can look the other person in the eye. There was nothing about a script, nothing about reading anything.
As a guy who reads off a teleprompter, it is a real issue. It never comes out as good as speaking extemporaneously, but when you have highly technical subject matters any slip of the tongue is a problem.
In the course of a few hours of binge watching, you became my favorite TH-camr.... But then the kid not caring about your amateur college soccer career comment hit to close to home and I will now block you to save face. Good day sir lol
Hey, thanks for another edutaining video. BTW, since I see so many asinine ads I'd be interested to learn what ads other viewers around the world are seeing. lately I see a lot of ads for a "government" cash card, supposedly the gov't is giving away money to people under 65 & an endless barrage of B&H ads.
The problem with the cash card is the government will be able to tell you what you can spend your money on. We already have digital currencies or at least currencies that can function in the digital realm as well as the physical. What the government is proposing with CBDC's is a digital dystopia.
I still like my xh1 x pro 2. Too bad my x pro 1 is melted on iso 800 and can't change it. Allegedly it's my fault for taking photos on sunny days. Says fuji.
The pitch is the field in football (soccer). Other than that, I was really surprised that you snubbed the Pocket 3 and instead went for a Nikon Z30. It seems quite impractical to have to buy a new line of lenses for what is essentially a low-performance camera.
How is the Z30 a low-perfomance? It comes with a surprisingly good kit lens so you don't need to buy a whole line of lenses unless you really want to buy lenses.
I love my xt4, fantastic image but I have a huge problem. the camera weigh so much with a heady duty lens i just can't stand it. i get back pain carry it around for just a little bit so I bought a gopro 9 plus a gimbal to make those b roll shots in slowmo but that goddamn image quality of that little thing suck ass. it cost me $600 bucks and i dont think i will ever use it. like sooo many times before i have to resell for a substantial price loss. im the worst when it comes to business. anyone feel the pain?
Is that a green lightsaber in the left third of the shot? So much toneh I can’t tell so I thought I’d ask hoping it’s a lightsaber. Can you do another video where you say "first of off"?
It does pander a bit to street creepers I mean photographers, but it still seems pretty good for video. I still think the nikon seems the best value and best out of box video quality, though. Maybe I would do fuji if I didn't care about budget, or sony if I didn't mind adjusting the color afterwards.
Hahaha, I actually had some Spam like poison food fried the other day after many years. It was a nostalgic slip up but it went well with fried eggs toast and strawberry jam. OOPs, forgot this was your Camera and not your Food channel. ;) love your humour.
And it would be wrong. "Soccer" is a British term, just fell into disuse, but even in the '70s there was a show on BBC with "soccer" in the name. People lean toward generic names. Gridiron over time assumed the name "football" in the US because it was the most popular game played on foot. In the UK soccer assumed that role.
@@domtomas1178 That's your argument? I am talking about English language etymology, and your argument is FIFA? What are you, 10 years old? I will mute you now because life is too short for stupid.
Pretty big aperture going on here. Frighteningly bokeh. I've enjoyed most of your videos lately. Any non-enjoyment has been because of attention deficit. Thanks for the vids dude.
The guy with the teleprompter means to use it in video calls to display the image of your conversation partner(s), so you can look at their image/feed and still appear to them as if you'e looking into the camera (whcich you effectively would be), instead of either/or. And it's a great idea in concept, but I don't know if any camera can be used as a webcam on a tablet, or how you'd physically set up your laptop screen to feed the teleprompter mirror. The only easy way I can see this working is if you have one of those laptops that converts to a tablet.
"I can get close to pitch" he is ust missing a 'the'. He means he can get literally close to the pitch the game is played on if that is relevent for focal lengths of lenses ^^"
Hi interesting video. Today I have a fujifilm x-s10 that I am not completely satisfied with. If I should upgrade and to what? Like your video insta360 ace pro but don't like the camera has some flaws. Have it mostly for youtube videos.
you could probably sell the X-S10 and use that money to get a used but like-new full frame, like the Sony A7RII or others in that same price range of like 800-1600@@Interlincinternatural it depends what system you want to commit to. E mount is a great system. X mount is too. but you got to decide what you need the most. high dynamic range and a full frame sensor or an APS-C with loads of AI and new fancy tech features. depends on your needs. I recommend Fuji X-T3/X-T4, Sony A7RII/A7III (used), Canon EOS R/RP/R7/R8/R10, Nikon Z5/Z6ii (if you got the moola, or find used)/Z50 (if you need a cheap but perfect camera for its price range and the Z30 is a crazy steal.) if you want another Fuji camera then get any newer one lol. they are better than Sony's APS-Cs IMO just overall even though the Sony might have some stronger autofocus, i dont really care. if you're shooting movies/videos or if you are photographing randomly and just having fun or if you are doing it professionally, it all just depends on what you're really going to use the camera for. I would get a used full frame if you wanted to explore photography more if you haven't had a full frame yet. I would go for a newer fuji or the used Sony A7SII (only like 700$ used USD on MPB dot com online.) if I was shooting video. 12MP is just fine.
Do you ever imagine a life (or alternate universe) where you found the C100 mk ii first? Then you wouldn't have reviewed so many of these bad cameras. (yes we get it you tried it once, with messed up lighting, at markuspix place)
But consistency in a certain line is expected. You aren't seeing the A7R line turn video centric, you aren't seeing the Sony ZV line turn photography based. XPro line remains photography centric etc. XT line is lost and confused.
The XT4 was confused, the XT5 is back to the initial concept. Do you want confused, look at the Zf… 😊 I love confused, so there is a place in my heart for these cameras.

Kasey's most common spoken line... "Yer stupid piece of sh*t!" We love it!
No way bro.
Brazil loves you
What’s the best crop sensor, camera"? Sony makes
That’s a loaded question. Very subjective.
Whoever is going to give you a valuable answer really needs to know what you plan to do with it.
This video revealed how many photographers would comment about the word "pitch" without bothering to see if other photographers has already explained it. Videographers are not Losers and knew better.
Intro song: "All I want is the perfect camel rug...."
Enjoyed this video! Thanks!
My om1 mark 3 had messed up hardware. Allegedly I'm suppose to pay them to fix it. Olympus wants more sheckles despite it being their fault
My C-70 it chose to be an Arri Alexa SXT when it was only 4 days old….I’d say that was a responsible choice.
The Canon R8 looks great! The new insta360 footage looked terrible last video!
Bro, bring a Leica Q3 review and destroy the hype!
And suffer the wrath of Chelsea?
I still like my xh1 x pro 2. Too bad my x pro 1 is melted on iso 800 and can't change it. Allegedly it's my fault for taking photos on sunny days. Says fuji.
We are in the cinemat 📷
I like that vest. I'd still wear a Moomoo over it to hide my intentions, though. I have no idea how to spell moomoo. Mumu?
I just thought up a gag for how you've found the perfect camera! I'll try to send it to you later by email
is this a GY!BE track in the background at the beginning? 🙂
Is that a green lightsaber in the left third of the shot? So much toneh I can’t tell so I thought I’d ask hoping it’s a lightsaber. Can you do another video where you say "first of off"?
The OM-1 has had a couple of autofocus upgrades through firmware. It ain’t the same camera you tested in terms of both stills and video autofocus.
The fact that it was worse than the EM1 III at launch soured me.
It does pander a bit to street creepers I mean photographers, but it still seems pretty good for video. I still think the nikon seems the best value and best out of box video quality, though. Maybe I would do fuji if I didn't care about budget, or sony if I didn't mind adjusting the color afterwards.
Man I thought my verse on your other video would get a shout out. lol!!
Hahaha, I actually had some Spam like poison food fried the other day after many years. It was a nostalgic slip up but it went well with fried eggs toast and strawberry jam. OOPs, forgot this was your Camera and not your Food channel. ;) love your humour.
You've been vlogging with a teleprompter this whole time
Haha. It’s called a football pitch. You should do a conspiracy video on how the rest of the world calls it football ⚽️😂
@@mountainhobo FIFA doesn't have the word Soccer in it. 😅
@@domtomas1178 That's your argument? I am talking about English language etymology, and your argument is FIFA? What are you, 10 years old? I will mute you now because life is too short for stupid.
The Pitch OR the Playing Field. Oh so English old chap!!!
You need to review the Pocket 3!! I want to see that!😅
You video looked best in the beginning, luckily you “fixed” it by the end.
Pretty big aperture going on here. Frighteningly bokeh. I've enjoyed most of your videos lately. Any non-enjoyment has been because of attention deficit. Thanks for the vids dude.
Should I sell all my equipment and get some little debbie's
"They smell like pork" LOL 🤪🤪😂😂
I feel xh series are overclocked processor
The guy with the teleprompter means to use it in video calls to display the image of your conversation partner(s), so you can look at their image/feed and still appear to them as if you'e looking into the camera (whcich you effectively would be), instead of either/or.
And it's a great idea in concept, but I don't know if any camera can be used as a webcam on a tablet, or how you'd physically set up your laptop screen to feed the teleprompter mirror. The only easy way I can see this working is if you have one of those laptops that converts to a tablet.
Fuji has definitely shit the bed. Catering to the genz sheeple.
Why is it cheaper to get an A7II used than a C100 mkI
I hate video camera prices.
I hope Fuji will actually add 8K in T5 via firmware update along with release of 8K-capable Pro4 with IBIS
wont happen, they've decided the xt range to be prosumer cams. alghough gopro 13 is said to come with 8k :)
"I can get close to pitch" he is ust missing a 'the'. He means he can get literally close to the pitch the game is played on if that is relevent for focal lengths of lenses ^^"
Pitch means soccer field. So, close to pitch means close to the field.
I love my XT-1 but I just take pictures of inanimate objects and statues so it’s all good 😆🍻
Jason Vong reads from a teleprompter, and he doesn't look or sound like a robot, so it is possible.
LOL in soccer/football the pitch is the field.
Mystery solved lol. Now que the 100 other people to tell me the same thing over and over.
@@cameraconspiracies *cue (as in "cue the music") Que?

Hi interesting video. Today I have a fujifilm x-s10 that I am not completely satisfied with. If I should upgrade and to what? Like your video insta360 ace pro but don't like the camera has some flaws. Have it mostly for youtube videos.
what's your budget. how many lenses do you have for X mount already. do you want to sell those and go to a new system? or stay with fuji?
Have just one lins so it doesn't matter My budget is not big@@mandable
you could probably sell the X-S10 and use that money to get a used but like-new full frame, like the Sony A7RII or others in that same price range of like 800-1600@@Interlincinternatural it depends what system you want to commit to.
Thanks @@mandable
Are you certain SPAM ever truly EXPIRES? Evil doesn’t die.
I just found this guy a few days ago. I dont understand his hate for fuji.
I don't hate them, I just want them to know what they should work on.
Do you ever imagine a life (or alternate universe) where you found the C100 mk ii first? Then you wouldn't have reviewed so many of these bad cameras. (yes we get it you tried it once, with messed up lighting, at markuspix place)
Does spam expire though?
Oh snap! Gerald Undone better not run across your thoughts on teleprompters. 😂
Where did your background go, Toneh?

The soccer field is called the pitch
❤ sorry you are confused on the X-T5… 😂
Not every camera needs to cater for flogging.
But consistency in a certain line is expected. You aren't seeing the A7R line turn video centric, you aren't seeing the Sony ZV line turn photography based. XPro line remains photography centric etc. XT line is lost and confused.
The XT4 was confused, the XT5 is back to the initial concept.
Do you want confused, look at the Zf… 😊
I love confused, so there is a place in my heart for these cameras.
@@TK421-53pretentious Nikon I'm not going back to after the 90s... Break your back with Nikon hipsters.
@@maggiem1323 that’s ok. I am hardly a hipster by the widest stretch of the imagination - too old to start with - but I like Nikon.
I am not brand loyal, I have Canon, Nikon and Fujifilm. They all have their strongpoints. Although I started with Canon, if I am honest I have developed a preference for Nikon. Just an enthusiast, my opinion carries no weight beyond my personal views.
When did “tone-a” become “tony”? I did not get a memo.
Old story. Tony Northrup had a series of videos obsessing about background separation, and Kasey started parodying him. And it stuck.
Expired cans of Spam!! I don't think it expires! OMG... I thank my luck stars all the time that my kids didn't want to play soccer. Those crazies play in any weather and that's no fun when you're a spectator. Speaking of OM...do you prefer sushi with Nori on the outside or inside of the rice? I like it on the outside because of the bite feel. Thanks again for the morning laughs. I'm an X-T3 user but still know how to laugh a comedy. I kind of agree with your comments about the X-T5. Plus, I can't afford to buy newer lenses to support that bigger sensor. But, I was thinking that some day the X-S20 might be something to think about if I want to do some video. I know you found flaws with it, but in general does it seem like a good step for an amateur who wants to try some video in addition to photography? Most video would be hiking/exploration video and possibly some sports video. BTW, your catch light was really good in this video. Again, thanks for the laughs. Have a great weekend!
