Another tip, Never use a single stick of RAM like this dude is, Always use 2 or more, 4Gb use 2 2GB sticks, 8 GB use 2 4 GB sticks and so on... Idek why im here or how i got here from watching car crash videos in the first place. xD

@@dxrkrblx5710 It could be more than loose files congesting your computer. Open up task manager to see if there are background apps eating into your CPU and/or RAM. Additionally it's worth checking your computer temperatures for both CPU and GPU as either of them can throttle themselves if they experience too much heat (more common in improper thermal paste application or old computers which need to have their thermal paste re-applied)

Here I have a big problem.....The problem is that I have dolby home theater v4 installed on my pc windows 8.1 pro but when i play music or some video,the bars in spectral visualization of dolby remains blank and I dont feel any difference and also the dolby tab in my speakers properties is missing.........But Dolby is installed........I dont know what is the problem.PLLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ helllpppppppppppp meeeeeeeeeeeeeee plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...............
