I remember back in Vanilla, we had to farm most of these items in our guild and I ended up having 220 NR. The funnny thing on our Huhuran first kill was, that we had to wait over 30 minutes before we could pull the boss, because one of our maintanks was 13 or 14 years old back then and his parents called him to lunch right before the pull :-D

For dagger rogues you can solo noxxion as I did it tonight first try. I am very geared however I think a decently geared player with daggers could handle this too. The only buff I had on myself was a leftover fort from a raid so asking for druid and priest buffs as well as grabbing some of your own consumes will make this a guaranteed kill. Have a major healing pot on hand just in case but I did not need one. To kill him, i used adrenaline rush right away with evasion to bring him to his split phase. I then killed all the ads but one and blinded that one into a bandage and then finished it off. Feel when boss respawns, finish him off. Use potion and thistle tea if necessary. I also used my blade flurry on adds, but you may want to just use it to dps boss. Hope this helps
A good alternative to stonebark gauntlets are the arcanist gloves from RFD. Only 6 less NR, so if you don’t have a couple hundred gold to drop on stonebark, or hours to farm them, arcanist gloves are an easy and viable alternative.

Great video, but let me mention a few things: Savage Guard is not in the game yet, and most people think it will only come with Phase 6. The best weapons for Viscidus are called "Sliverblade" because they have the best speed with the frost type of extra proc damage which is helpful with both Freezing and Shattering, and also make sure you apply Icy Weapon enchant and Frost Oil on both of them
Since the stonebark gauntlets is super expencive on my server, i turned to the chimeric set to complete my nres set! None of the chimeric pieces are bis, but they are a nice eco addition for us non rich raiders! I know this video was about nres, but worth a mention is that viscidus only takes damage from frost sources so darrowspike and coldridge dagger + frost oil is a must!

Another option for VIsc is the Hammer of the Northern Wind. I hear this weapon's proc has a higher PPM than RFD dagger and for humans they'd have higher weapon skill with the mace. And one more thing is to clarify you want to enchant your visc weapons with Icy. Even though it's obvious once you think about it(especially because you mentioned immunity besides frost damage), it might go over people's heads that haven't done this before.

I picked up about 150 unbuffed just to please my GM, but tbh bro I really think most decent guilds are going to have a much easier time on princess if they just go for regular mitigation on tanks and Greater NR pots with very minimal NR if at all. Maybe if you're like a 1 minute vael kill time chilling dad guild, then yeah you probably need 150-200 NR, but tbh if you're clearing BWL easily, based on how privates and vanilla was for me and most of my experienced raiding friends, I really think people are overestimating the amount of NR we're about to need. I could be wrong, and at the end of the day it's not really a bad thing to go for NR pieces because it's fun content to go grind new gear and do the RPG side of things, but yeah to anyone reading this I'd take the money you're thinking of blowing on NR gear and put it into GNP Pots unless you're in a hella slacker guild.
The BiS cloak you listed is not available until Phase 6. There is a better cloak dropping from the 4 nightmare drakes though which would be the right one for the nr BiS list. Other than that nice video

Just did 1050 DPS in BWL, somehow it could be better on the 2 Drakes after Firemaw. I have 14% Hit but i did have 30% Melee-Miss on Ebonrec ending with 850 DPS...easily could had 1200 DPS in BWL. Anyway i predict youll not need that much NR Gear - Boss is gonna get rekt anyway! But we will see on tha PTR.
Competition with tanks over Nightmare Dragon gear shouldn't be a thing because the tanks don't even use NR on Huhuran. The stackable DoT she puts on the current tank is not resistible/reduced by NR, so it's actually more worth just going for standard tank gear for that boss
Re: Boots. Bramblewood are good as well. 12 stam, 25 NR. Re: Heart of Noxxion - Definitely soloable. Bring some Nature Protection Potions (Greater isn't necessary).
Do you know when savage guard will become available? I headed to ZG earlier with an arcanum of rapidity but there was no option to exchange it for a savage guard. Atlas loot says it comes out phase 6, so could this be like the CC stuff possibly?
I did the same thing brother- I think they’ll make it available in Phase 5 but I have no confirmation. Considering the available Silithus quests that came with Phase 4 actually launched with phase 5 in vanilla, I think it’s safe to assume that lots things like Savage Guard are being released a phase early
I remember the NR gloves from RFD and having to solo farm heart of Noxxion which even at 60 was still kinda hard to do solo.. Hated farming the NR gear.

An "ultimate" guide would have at least a single replacement for each slot for people who don't kill world dragons and give an explanation how you can warp into phase 6 for bramble gear then get back through the portal to phase 5

There is cloak that drops of Prince in DM West that can roll +15 NR (as random enchantment) and +4 Hp5 that is also a good piece

"Technically", Opal Ring is your BiS ring, as it can roll 22 NR, but admittedly, at that point it makes no difference.

I think its revered to make the ring to summon the raid bosses. Once you have the scepter, it doesn't require revered to turn in.
The craftable sets for CC rep are available rn iirc.
