It's nice but I caught (1st row, 2nd column) doesn't have horizontal line. Look at 14:07. It was covered by coloring later but naked cement wall looks better before painting.

Would definitely try to do this in a precast method. An osb panel with many small screws/nail heads protruding about 1/8’’. (if needed for adhesion) Then same material used here spread on top and a template pressed into it. Beautiful design and love the aesthetic
