Thank you so much for these tips! I’m new to this. I’ve had the LLC for a month now and I haven’t asked anyone for a job yet. My feet have been dragging on it! I guess I’m nervous about trying to find my first contract. The entire process is intimidating for me but your video helped me to feel less anxiety about jumping in the water! GOD Bless You! ♥️👍🏾
Hi@bilquisali, I want to thank you very much for this video, you have made me hopeful. I would like to email you too but I can’t find your email address. Thank you again
Thanks for your video. Who pays the staffing agency? The nurse or the homecare agency? I asked for 3% per hour. They didn’t like it. What it’s your suggestion?
How do I put together my first contract proposal? I am looking for help in writing my first one and what it should have. A sample copy will really help. Thank you.
Hello!!! You can find out what the average hourly cost is in your area and upscale your rate from there. Nurses tend to have higher rates when they do block booking as well which guarantee your hours which is great for ensuring you get your hours as well as continuous employment.

Hello Erin. I’m revamping my program. You can email me at consultant@welcometolong-termcare.com if you have any questions.
Congratulations 🎉 I found you on tik tok. I’m an agency LPN looking to contract myself. Do you think a 54% markup rate is to low to grow my company?
