It’s definitely giving me Talking Heads’ “Stop Making Sense” concert movie, with the neutral colors, active background singers and guitarists. Solange always draws from good references.

I saw her live at parklike festival in the uk last year and that truly was one of the best days of my life. The day had been shit, I lost my bag in a mosh pit with thousands of people and couldn't find it. It was my birthday and Solange was my next act I had to go to. The whole time from losing my bag which btw had my whole life in it,im talking passport, bank cards, apartment keys. I was in a different city I didn't know but even still I was calm. I met a group of girls and long story I managed to call my phone which was in my bag and I miraculously got through. I knew exactly where to meet the person who picked up my bag, I was relieved and continued on to Solange's set. It was a beautiful end to a dramatic day standing front row just feeling all the feelings and enjoying the vibe. fiat felt out of this world and I will always suggest seeing Solange live to anyone, even people who aren't necessarily usually fans. May have to be my top performance so far and I can't see anyone else topping it.
