For me I also choose the executive variant like what uncle said, it's more than enough with a 155hp engine, the basic of a good car is good in handling, nvh, comfortable, safety features, modern but not too much technology or electronic part is better. And I like this executive variant interior with all black than 2tone, 17inc wheel are cheaper than 18'. Yeah but for the richer taste not same la, Ada duit lebih you can take the higher spec, it's up to you. I proud of Proton and hopefully they'll keep good quality. Indonesia people waiting proton company come back lehh,and I think S'pore,Thai,Brunei and right hand drive will miss Proton

But when I watched this review which makes me considering bout the executive variant = economical point of view.

otai2 macam uncle ni memang akan beli variant executive shj, dia bukan perlu pun benda2 mcm APA AEB FCW auto headlamp tu semua. mungkin pemandu sekarang nak bukak lampu pun malas sampai kena ada auto headlamp, sambil drive nak jugak layan tepon sampai kena ada AEB FCW tu semua, nak dapatkan lesen memandu ada test parking kereta tapi last2 kena ada APA jugak. cadangan saya baik kos production utk improve NVH, HPF, airbag@7, kualiti material dan lain2.

I like the owner honest and happy face when he talk about his car. But one thing I could not agree is that driving a Proton is proud thing. Geely done a good job to bring X50 but this model is for mass market which is not for prestigious status.
My colleague have a valid comment which for flagship variant, it will be problem when the kids play the buttons. But generally it's a good car commented by him
With 3 cylinder engine from now you don't feel anything but after 3 to 4 year time to come you will know later . Vibration always there never escape . Now I'm using 3 cylinder with Ron 97 that help alot .

4 cylinder cars also same after 3 to 4 year it will vibrate as well ie. normal mounting wear & tear
