The living room has columns that are holding up two Juliette balconies. Inside the house? huh? The kitchen is in a corner with the island away in another area? With a sink in the island that people are going to sit around....while the faucet is turned on??? Should we wear raincoats or hold an umbrella? Layout is a bit wonky. I'll pass.
