I don't get why people follow fashion when it comes to your home. if you think of it, how the house looks should only matter to you as the buyer. if I was gonna build a home with millions, it would be some castle looking monstrosity, where you can imagine that a ducal family has lived in that building for generations.
Somehow all that paved driveway right up against what looks like a home built in the 1970s/1980s makes it feel like a shopping center or office center.
The way this property is arranged means that neither house has privacy from the other. Pretty much all the main windows look directly into the other building's windows. Bad design, and I agree about that garage area - looks like an apartment complex parking area.
Is this a turn key residents where I just bring my personal belongings all furniture stays or No please comment back thank you very much for this video
It is a funky house, but has the wrong decor on inside. Wayyyyyy too much brown and beiges. It should reflect the outside and make it funky on the inside.

I would only buy this if I had the money for the backyard. I have always wanted to have a huge backyard space and pool like that but the inside is eh. For the price the inside could be much better. It doesn’t reflect the exterior of the house

yes, I used to have a salt water pool before I moved -- LOVED IT! It is a little like the ocean, but not nearly as salty. The nice thing is that you don't have that chlorine smell and the salt water is better on your skin. If you ever get a pool, I highly recommend it.

Exactly !! every modern home looks exactly the same with the same exact wood trim from Home Depot making them become accustomed to it .
I rather have the guesthouse. 2900 square feet would please me immensely.
