Whole scale of the house is fenomenal! My laundry is 3 - 3,5 times smaller (and same furniture layout without corner bench) but I feel like I really need it that size! And I probably will never stop wondering how people can be happy having master bedroom next to the front door? The most perfect house in the most perfect location with the most perfect view I would pass if it will have this layout. I would not take it even for free! Seriously

But now it’s definitely a favorite and lives in my design mind rent free 😅 it’s dream, it’s chill, it’s laid back future, it’s masterful execution..I love it lol
