This distillery that sprung out of a 80,000 square foot liquor store called the Part Source uses the Ohio river's aquifer that is situated below distillery as their water source. We have two of their bottles and put them through our review process. Watch the review because they bring the goods. I realize this video is from over a year ago but I had to say, the 2nd pour I had from my new riff SiBBP I got this chicken soup note. Now that's all I can think when I drink it. I thought was crazy but I'm happy to see someone else got that kind of thing from it.
