People working in fast food don’t make minimum wage. Federal minimum wage is $7.25, the Hardee’s here is paying $13 an hour to start, the McDonald’s ten miles away is starting at $15. My town has about 6,000 people and the town ten miles away has about 18,000. And no one working there while trying o put their kids through college is worried about it because the government pays for their kids due to them making so little. The more they make the less the government will pay for. Just because someone makes less money it doesn’t make them stupid.
